The house was nice and clean. The pool and golf cart was a plus. HOWEVER, we were evicted from the premises due to parking on the lawn. Firstly, the service at the house is not good at all. Our phones stayed in SOS mode almost the entire time and the wifi that is provided isn’t sufficient enough to make up for the lack of service. Whatever you do, do not park on the grass. The first time we were contacted, we were informed to remove it. We removed the car and apologized. The next day we moved the car over and the two wheels of the vehicle were on the grass, because the driveway is too narrow without moving all the vehicles. We were contacted a second time and due to having no service, I did not receive the messages until way later. We were then informed that they were contacting a tow truck to remove the car off the grass. I informed them the car was removed and it would not happen again. An hour later, the property manager arrived and told us the owner was evicting us from the premises and we had two hours to leave because we had two wheels on the grass. I doubled checked the disclaimers and it does not say not to park on the grass. You would think the owner or property management would give us a warning. Expecting a large family with 6 kids under the age of 8 to be packed up and everyone loaded into the cars within a 2 hour eviction notice is ridiculous. We were then forced to book at a Holiday Inn the last night of our trip. Worst VRBO experience I have ever had.

We agree with previous reviewers that some of the mattresses need to be replaced now(both upstairs beds)! And definitely pack beach towels! The starter kits provided were perfect until we could shop for what we needed the day after arrival. There were some pool and beach toys, games and a pack&play that were unexpected and great to have for 2 toddlers and 6 adults. The location was perfect for us! The neighborhood was quiet and the beach access was very close by. Benchmark was responsive whenever we contacted them. They had the pool heated (extra fee) in advance of our arrival and replaced a faulty smoke alarm that went off during our stay. The included golf cart was great. Only thing missing was bikes, which we rented at The Big Chill.

It was a nice surprise to see that the house is actually larger and more spacious than in the pictures. We biked everywhere as Alys beach was a 10 minute bike from the house and Rosemary/Seacrest is another 5 minutes. We golfed everywhere too but more for dropping off since there's no parking allowed for golf carts, but this was useful for when hauling stuff to the beach, which is about a few minutes walk from the house. Fantastic time and appreciate the opportunity to stay here, away from the crazy touristy crowd as this area is more relaxed and chill.

This house was wonderful and in a great location! If you want the pool heated, you need to let them know several days before checking in (which I did not see on the listing). We had some issues getting in touch with the management company due to the holiday but once we finally got them they fixed the issue promptly.

Main bedroom’s mattress was perfect. Pool turned green on Wednesday and was not cleaned until Friday. Pool guy said it always does when it rains. He probably needs to come twice a week when rainy. Patio and grill area was great. Did not see any beach services so had to bring chairs/umbrella to beach. Rental credit for those items was appreciated. Definitely spacious enough for everyone to spread out.
