Lovely, comfortable, very reasonably priced studio in beautiful picturesque side street in Old Town Estepona ( as per photos) within short walking distance to fabulous restaurants/cafes , shops and beach. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location in old town with cheap parking close by. Clean well thought out accommodation with a charming balcony to a pretty square (room 4)

Room 4 - the air con unit is not working properly. It constantly dripped water and would not turn off. As it is above the entrance to the bathroom we had to put a towel down to stop slipping. The walls around it are sodden.

Great location beautiful entrance. Studio was good size and very clean, beds comfy. Welcome pack was excellent. Staff great, very helpful. Will definitely return

The apartment is beautifully appointed and has all you need in a place to stay in beautiful Estepona. The staff are lovely and you get a real flavour of Spain there. Monica and Christina are very welcoming. Unfortunately, I had my purse taken in the street on the last day and Monika was very kind in helping me with this.

We had a power shortage three nights on the trot, due to building works nearby I believe. Not the end of the world just a little annoying.

The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was in a beautiful area, close to all attractions and lots of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend these apartments.

The only thing I would suggest is to have a dish towel available to dry the dishes. Everything else was perfect.

The room was great, more of a studio apartment. Plenty of cooking and cleaning utensils if you need them. The apartment block is STUNNING. It truly embraces Estepona's floral character. The hosts were lovely. They took great care to set up the apartment and provided complementary toiletries, teas & coffees, buns & biscuits, and even had a couple of waters, beers and yoghurts in the fridge for us! They were very helpful if we needed anything and spoke English very well so communication was effortless.

Visited with friends for 7 days 5th - 12th June 2023. We loved the location right in the centre of the Old Town and the courtyard was very quaint and traditional with beautiful flowers where we sat before dinner. When we arrived Monica had included a starter park in our property including, cheese, meat, wine in the fridge and tea bags, coffee pods, biscuits, cakes and a cleaning pack including toilet roll and washing up materials. This was an excellent addition to our stay and helped us greatly over the first few days. Shower gel and toiletries included in the shower room. We were able to change our towels during the week and was also given a further bottle of wine to share in the Courtyard at night before heading out for dinner. Thank you Monica.

Beautifully kept little townhouse literally 2 minutes' walk from the restaurants and shops of Estepona. Safe and quiet, hosts friendly and helpful.

A perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the promenade and beach. Well-equipped and spacious appartment (No 9) with a lovely balcony. Excellent cooking facilities .

The place is incredible. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood with the streets full of flowers. The patio inside is amazing and makes huge impression. The apartment was very fresh and clean, equipped with all the things we needed and even more. Gifts that were waiting for us in the room were very nice. No problem with leaving the car in the public parking which is very close. Highly recommended!

only a very small point : only one lavatory roll and the smallest piece of soap for two people to use for 4 days . everything else was wonderful

The location was fantastic, 2 mins walk to the beach or to the main street in the other direction. The welcome pack of wine, beer and snacks was great. We have already recommended Casa del Patio to family.

Had everything we needed and even more - we found a fridge well - equipped 😅. Inital problems with WiFi were fixed quickly. The owner was very responsive.

When I discovered the apartment we book was not connected to a patio, I was a bit disappointed. Fortunately, soon we discover ours was in front of a pocterescous patio with it's own atmosphere.

It was clean, comfortable, central to restaurants but in a peaceful location, close to the beach. Extra touches like water, 2 beers, yogurts, fruit juices in the fridge, cakes, chocolate, biscuits and fridge magnet as a souvenir. This is our 2nd visit to Casa Del Patio and will definitely be back again.

Cycling through and decided to stay in Estepona. This looked like the nicest place a d I wasn't wrong. Laura was so hospitable. Nothing was a problem. They even have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, and they give you a detergent tebalet. All bathroom products are organic.. amazing..

What a beautiful little apartment in a picturesque setting, located in the old town. The apartment has everything you need the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend. We booked this apartment at 4.30pm for the same day and immediately had clear instructions sent on how to get enter the property.

Everything was great, the place is beautiful and in perfect location.

A lovely place, in the heart of old town. They take great care of you, and in this great little apartment you find coffee, sugar, olive oil, youghurt, and so on. No complaints what so ever.

We had a beautiful apartment in the lovely peaceful old town location. Very restful and close to all the wonderful bars and restaurants. Laura was a lovely host and was very generous in her welcome gifts and supplies for us to use. All around lovely holiday experience. Thank you.

Due to the age of the property, sound insulation was not so good. This certainly didn’t spoil my visit.
