the location is very good is about 5 minutes to the center woth a car the view from the hotel was something special, the spa is very clean and very relaxing..! it was amazing

the spa opens from 16:00 to 22:00 it will be better and more comfortable if you give it more time either if it before 16:00 or later than 22:00

An absolutely exceptional place! The interior design was beautiful, the views from the balcony were stunning, fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was super comfy. Wish I could stay there for a month!! Additionally, the SPA zone was an amazing place to relax in in the evenings. And, of course, all the staff was very helpful and friendly! All in all, we spent a lovely week here :)

Not really a con about the property, but if you don’t have a car, getting to the city might be a bit of a hassle, since the private busses passing by are always on their own schedule :D

The style of the apartment is very cozy. Tha wellness is great.

The water of the jacuzzi should be warmer. There was no black out curtain in the room. The hotel is near a busy road, so some rooms are noisy.

This resort was absolutely stunning! The room no. 17 had a beautiful view overlooking the spa and the mountains. The spa was lovely- also overlooking the snowy mountains!

they don’t hold any luggage- so if you’re arriving ahead of check in time or departing after check out time, you have to find a luggage storage nearby which was a slight inconvenience.

I liked some staff from the hotel, Sauna is good, only one jaakuzzi is worm.

to much unclean snow, it’s hard to walk on the backyard, sorry but the coffee in breakfast is terrible.they don’t have arabica

Great location especially for those who plan skiing. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We stayed in apartment no 4 which I'd highly recommend because of the ability to access spa facilities straight from the terrace. The spa wasn't overcrowded there were always at least one empty jacuzzi or sauna whilst the resort seemed to be fully booked which was a huge bonus. Never had to share any facilities with other people. The gentleman in the reception was very friendly and caring. Worth mentioning that resort have 3 jaccuzis, 2 saunas plus there was a game room and underground parking.

I would agree with other reviews that breakfast was very limited. The price is really expensive(15€ per person per night) therefore we'd expect to see more options. Whilst breakfast were tasty, there were not much to choose from as one day there were ham&cheese toasties with salads so not much for 15€ especially considering average restaurant prices in Poland and what you could get for 15€. If the breakfast was standard price,around 8-10€ I think everyone would be happier.

Location is convenient, preferably when traveling with a car. Property offers individual parking for each apartment. Apartment 31 was beautiful, very nice view.

Breakfast could have been better. Room cleaning wasn’t included.

we really like the location of the golem and staff was very welcome and friendly! pet friendly ❤️🐾 - it’s a huge ➕ spa - till 10 pm 👍👍 underground garage 👍👍 all of us enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back ☀️

we liked everything, just one thing to think about - 1. room no 15 doesn’t have Mountain View :( so point a “ mountain side” 2. not all of people understand they need to clean up after themselves at breakfast ( just inform during check in or make some informational paper on the tables) all the rest was great ☀️❄️🎄🐾

What a great vacation spot to relax, see great views from your room, relax in a sauna and hot tub and be surrounded by excellent activities and restaurants! The main guy at the front desk (forgot his name) was extremely helpful and informative!

Could use a gym and make that hot tub a bit hotter.
