The location. It was near a busy highway and grocery/shopping areas.

You could hear everyone while in the room. The people above, next door. The walls are thin. Also nothing that was advertised was in the room. No pots, no utensils, coffee machine. The towels were rough.

Where rooms not clean more

Car parking, easy access from car park, helpfulness of staff, comfort, heating, cleanliness, bath & shower - all excellent.

Because there is an oven/hob and fridge, we expected there to be some cooking utensils/crockery/cutlery. We had to buy these items in order to have our own breakfast in the room. Although this wasn't really a problem for us. It may be worth pointing out for future guests who may not understand this when booking.

Stiff couch and bed. Toilet seat loose.

No breakfast

Someone stole my all set of pots brand new and when I’m report to the office she says no one was in my room but all de sheets and pillows cases was been removed. Then I m trying to call them back and nobody answered. Very upset!!

Cons: they don’t replace toilet paper and you can’t bug any from them. They don’t clean your towels

I like most all extended stays because they have a small kitchenette for preparing your own food.

I definately did not like the process by which my reservation was handled. I booked about a month in advance with Book.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room I booked was no longer available but another room similiar to that one was available for $13.00 more. I had been on the road 12 hours to get to the hotel. At first the hotel manager wanted me to cancel my reservation with Book.com and rebook the available room with them. I protested that it was not Book.com's fault they gave away the room and that I was too tired and exhausted to do what she was requesting. So she relented and made the transaction for me, which I feel she should have been done anyway and without costing me any more money either. However, I am so grateful a room was available.
