Overall the family had a nice time here. The pool was the best part about the house with all the kids! There is a landing pad in the corner of the pool which was amazing for the smaller kids. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not the best. There were two bedrooms we needed to rewash sheets in because they were not clean and a bathtub that needed to be scrubbed because it was still dirty. The outside patio area was also left a mess from the previous guests. The area was not swept at all and the table was dirty and sticky. All in all, we all still had a good time and enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is nice as well!

Our vacation was indeed memorable! We had a great time, hardly left the house. The pool was amazing, the 9ft deep end was nice for diving, the kids had a great time. The bbq grill worked great. All the amenities were even better than described! The kitchen was fully equipped with dinnerware, pots and pans. The bedroom and bathrooms fully equipped with linens and towels. I want to point out the atmosphere of the house was so calming and peaceful, it made us feel relaxed and very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back again for our next family vacation! Will refer to family and friends! This is really a vacation gem!!

We had the best stay. We went for a family birthday party. The pool and backyard were perfect. Adults and kids alike had such a great time. The inside of the house is so roomy and inviting. Lot's of lounge and play area. Thank you! We have saved and will be back!

We loved the pool and hot tub, they were perfect temperatures. The kids doesn’t mist if their time in there. The BBQ grill worked excellently, and so did the evening around the fire pit. It was wonderful. We had tons of room and had a great time! Too short was the only problem. We enjoyed being close up the sand dunes and hit there with the side by sides 2 days also.

The property looks bigger in the pictures. The hot tub and pool where not warm. We had to have someone come to the house because the control to the hot tub and pool was not working. Even after they came the hot tub and pool did not stay at the set temperature. There was not enough toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Overall the property was nice and we had a great time.

Good for a large group
Very nice property, spacious and quiet. Not a lot of paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags (we had to buy more of all). Pool is not cooled, but still refreshing in 108 heat.

Hurricane UT VRBO Rental
The property was everything I expected. The amenities were outstanding & the instructions on how to use the pool, hot tub & grill were very clear & easy to follow.
The facility easily accommodated the 8 adults & 2 children in our party. Additionally, there was plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, towels & appliances for our use.
The only concern I had was, when we arrived, the front door was open & the outside trash was not emptied. Aside from those minor things we are totally satisfied.

Fun home to stay in!
The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun! The house was amazing, very spacious. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and pool toys! My one negative was, I had a hard time working the TV because I do not subscribe to cable, and could not figure out how to get the Roku to work for streaming.(couldnt find instructions in house for this). This didnt effect our stay and 100% own this as opperator error. But I did request they put that in the house for visitors like me who are cable challenged. I would recommend this property and Red Rock Vacation Rentals PM.

Beautiful Home
A beautiful home and property. The neighborhood was very nice and felt safe. The swimming pool is 9ft deep. With a quick drop off. So if you’re bringing little ones make sure they can swim. Nice temperature and very relaxing. Would recommend.

Pictures do not match property
We were super disappointed to learn that the photos of the fountain/waterfall feature were I accurate. Turns out despite it being listed as an amenity the fountain hasn’t been in use for months. Also the toilet in the master bedroom was constantly a problem. Although repair happened quickly each time. Super nice snd great response.

So amazing!!
We enjoyed our stay and we were worried being such a big family that it maybe tight but it was perfect and so much more space to spare! The pool and backyard was fantastic for us to entertain. We will book again for sure!!!

Well stocked, clean home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Responsive property management that were courteous and helpful. Great property and management company. Clear instructions on how to use the pool and other amenities.

Great property for a fun get together
This place was amazing. We really enjoyed it and had so much fun. We rented it for an all girls bachlorette party ( all family) and it was so nice and roomy. It was well stocked ( except for garbage sacks) and the pool and hot tub were so much fun. We would definitely suggest people to stay here.

Great Stay, Loved the house!
Had a nice time in Hurricane, Utah. House was perfect for our family and in a good location. Red Rock Vacation properties did a great job managing and maintaining the house. Could have used a desk or two as our kids were all doing online classes while we played golf and mountain biked every day!

The home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood.
We had to search for the TV remote to the front room TV. We found it down between the chair and couch and along with the remote as we were searching, we found food and crumbs.
The toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom was broken so the toilet paper roll was just sitting on the counter. We found the 2 parts of the holder and fixed it. Overall it was a beautiful home and a fun weekend get away with our family! The pool was great and my grandkids had a fun time swimming, however the pictures on VRBO show a waterfall with lighted jets of water over the pool - that was not the case. After an email to the property manager we found out that Apparently the homeowner turns those things off for safety reasons? The pictures on VRBO of the pool are not accurate and very misleading .

BEAUTIFUL HOME
The home was absolutely amazing and was everything it said it was on the VRBO site. Really have no complaints other than the threats about being charged for every little thing you do wrong. I've rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this is the first one that was like that. I felt very on edge the entire time, constantly worried one of the family members turned the ac down too much or the pool/hot up too much or took food into the living room area. It was not the relaxing worry-free vacation I was looking for. I was literally stressed the whole time running around the house making sure everyone was following the rules. I understand there has to be rules and consequences for breaking them but I think its pretty over board when every little thing you can be charged $100+ dollars for. It's very stressful! The only other things I didn't care for was all the signs posted every where, I felt it was more of a hotel/commercial setting not a "home-like" setting and on the last day several little cockroaches decided to come out and visit. Other than that, the home was very nice, very clean and pretty well stocked other than propane was out for the grill. When we come back out to Hurricane I think I would choose a different home just because of the rules, threats and bugs that joined our last day there,.

Everything was 5 star except....
Everything for us was amazing. Amazing location close to Sand Hollow Beach and Wal Mart. Great pool and more than enough beds to sleep the 20 of us that went. The one complaint was most of the beds were very very uncomfortable and some adults were forced to sleep on the couch. That did not ruin how much we enjoyed this property and the amenties it included.

We had a very nice stay with plenty of room and supplies. The beds were comfortable and generally a great experience. The only things that I would change is the cockroaches and the garbage and recycling cans were full when we arrived so it was a stress to find places to put the trash.

This was a perfect place to escape with family during COVID-19. The pool was great, the location was convenient to Sand Hollow and hiking, and the home was very comfortable. There were minor issues with the hot tub cover, one of the toilets, and the pool remote, but they did not deter us from having a great time.

If you are looking for a very fun, pleasant experience, than this is the place for you. The communication was amazing, the house was very clean and comfortable. They provided plenty if amenities for us to use. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you
