Good location, good facilities, friendly staff

Thin walls, but noisy

Location was great, just a few minutes from downtown Brickell.

The room had all the necessary amenities and more. However, the only thing that was very lackluster was the restroom, with a tiny sink and an old shower with just a curtain allowing all the water to flood the bathroom.

El wifi andaba malísimo, no podíamos ver TV, mi niño siempre mira caricaturas para dormir y era impasible ver. El personal me dijo que había un problema con la antena que lo estaban solucionando, pero estuve 4 noches y nunca se solucionó

Très bel appartement, spacieux et fonctionnel; nous nous y sommes très bien sentis dès notre arrivée. Les lits étaient confortables, il y avait assez de rangement pour nous 5 et l'appartement était très propre. Le personnel à l'accueil s'est toujours montré très agréable, ayant pour objectif de faciliter notre séjour, sans contraintes et ce fut mission accomplie! Nous avions d'ailleurs fait livrer des colis à l'hôtel et les avons réceptionnés sans problème. Nous serions ravie de revenir si l'opportunité se présentait, merci beaucoup.

Nous aurions aimé un changement des serviettes de toilette, comme nous sommes restés 5 jours mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé pour autant.

Una pequeñez. Les falta un poquito de mantenimiento. Los grifos del apartamento no funcionan bien y no había cubiertos para comer.

As instalações são modernas, amplas e a localização, para quem vai conhecer a cidade e não só fazer praia, é excelente. A proximidade de transportes públicos (metro e metromove), bem como de farmácia e supermercado também ajudou. O pessoal da recepção e do vallet são atenciosos e preparados.

No apartamento faltaram algumas coisas básicas que podem ser acrescidas sem grande investimento. Para quem viaja com crianças tem uma mesa de vidro que precisámos tirar do meio da sala. Limpeza. O apartamento tinha vários pontos sujos e não havia opção de uma vassoura para que pudéssemos nós tratar do assunto. Resumindo, detalhes.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, loved that the pool supplied fresh towels and that the room had a washer/dryer.

The room was a bit worn-out and could use a fresh coat of paint. The valet parking is $33 per day.

I liked the closeness to the local shops, the space was good in the unit and the staff were so friendly and willing to assist. The communication was excellent throughout my stay.

The very poor or at times no Wifi, the roadworks, and the lack of parking to offload and load your luggage. The pool tiles around the pool were very slippery and should be changed. The shower curtain in our unit with the open shower floor was a constant battle. Please consider putting in a shower floor that can contain the water flow and replace the frustrating curtain with a glass panel . Both the TVs in our unit had constant scrambling of the picture, which made watching anything difficult. The roadworks made it very messy and frustrating to enter and exit the front door without being covered in dust and messy shoes. These units are a bit dated and need an upgrade on the appliances and a bigger TV in the lounge. Please also include a mop in the units..

No breakfast/ location good.

The rooms were descent size. The valet staffs are very nice and quick. Accessible to most convenient stores and in the heart of downtown and a quiet neighborhood.

No free parking, valet parking was too expensive, no housekeeping or If recommended it would be an extra cost. Flat screen tv are so tiny “19” a if not less just a waste of wall space. Cramped balcony, there over the phone customer service are horrible, they know no mercy or courtesy. The bed feels like rocks. Almost everything a hotel offer is like an extra cost & do it yourself including cleaning up daily. The lights kept flickering we called maintenance the guy was able to sustain it right after he left it went back on flickering again. Electrical power is real weak my son had a really hard time playing on his PS5 the power would go out each time he plugs it in & Horrible wifi. The only area he was able to play his game was in the master bedroom.

Location to my destination was less than 1.5 miles

I, myself did not get to stay there except for the first night My friend from California stayed all the way through the 8 days

Spacious modern apartment in the heart of the city. Nice and clean.

Everything was pretty good, really nice with the dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Pool was a little small, there is no cleaning of the rooms

The washer and dryer wasn’t working and maintenance couldn’t come check it out until Sunday

This was not a hotel. It was more like apartments and the apartments had a very bad smell. The bedding was cheap and had stains on the sheets. The bathrooms tile was moldy. The pool and building was dated. Its located near a school. I did the like any of it. Certainty not worth the price.

Excellent value for the provided accommodations as well as the location.

Cable TV was not working properly. Missing channels and constant interference. Voices are not in sync with the picture.

it was clean. quiet. had everything you needed in the room. it was close to a grocery store , gas station and a 7/11. very convenient location.

Usage of the telephones wasn’t obvious but it could’ve just been me.

the room seemed to be damp, like there was extra moisture in the air which effected the bed linens, towels and even the toilet paper
