Very clean, exceptionally quiet, (although there is a stadium across the street—nothing was going on when we were there). Location avoids downtown Green Bay. Very competent and accommodating staff

“Room Service” Breakfast is laughable. 8+ dollars for fast food burrito or cereal and beverage. They do not guarantee availability of your choices. They should just stop advertising breakfast and just let folks pay for what they want from the snack area. Should have bars in the shower for us old folks.

The hotel was very clean, and the overall look of the hotel was very nice. It was located close to the Resch center, as well as close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The morning person when we checked out was very friendly (not like when checking in).

Asked to have 1st floor room (not many rooms booked while we were there), yet put on 3rd floor. When checking in and in reservation, asked is it possible to be on the 1st floor, as I have a very bad knee, and I received the reply there is an elevator. Then receptionist told me you have a pet and you booked a disability room, we usually don’t put pets in disability rooms, but then said it’s ok though. We brought our well trained 4 lb Yorkie and paid the pet deposit. I guess the disability must have been a room for hearing impaired as there was nothing in room for any other disability I could see it to be (no railing in bathroom by toilet or shower). We called to see if we could check in early, and was told no your room is not ready, so waited till 3:00 pm to check in and not very friendly check in.

The room was very clean, it had a full size refrigerator in it microwave and a toaster too wasnt expecting a mini kitchen but it was a nice change. The hotel was a 15 min walk to the resh center if your ever looking for a close but reasonable place to stay i highly recommend!
