The dinning chairs and the Sofas are not really confortable, dining chairs are smaller.

The house was amazing. It was really spacious, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - so near the beach and cliff walks. Supermarkets, MacDonalds and pubs within easy reach. Perfect for eating out. We loved the cliff walk.

Loved everything apart from the stair handrail which was a rope (to go with the seaside theme of the house). This was only because I have a bad knee and my parents are elderly.

Location was as described and the house was perfect. Every little detail was perfect and even toiletries and washing up soaps where there. Decor was very well thought out and obviously a lot of time thought and money had been put into making the holiday home perfect

Nothing. Even the weather was good. There was a barbecue we could have used and buckets spades umbrella and wind shield available.

It was a very comfortable, well equipped property that we would definitely return to.

The property is beautifully decorated. Lots of lovely personal touches which add warmth to the house. Very spacious exceptionally clean fully stocked kitchen great if you love to cook and bake 🙂 Great location within walking distance to the beach. Ample parking. We definitely will come back.

Very clean and modern. All facilities for holiday including visit to beach close by there. Spacious accommodation and well maintained. Oh pet friendly and we could take our well behaved mutt too.

5 minute walk to the beach, excellent for the dog. 10 minutes walk to a pub, excellent for me!

The accommodation was excellent and attention to detail definitely exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend and would certainly return. Lovely welcome bottle of wine on arrival.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Holiday home was very well equipped and was lovely and homely. Decor throughout was very nice and lots of space in all of the rooms. Lovely and close to the beach for walks with our dog. Dave the owner was easy to contact and information he left about everything in the house and local facilities was very helpful. Dave made us feel very welcome even though we didn’t meet him and left nibbles and wine on our our arrival

Fridge/freezer could have been bigger but we had everything we needed and a well equipped kitchen

2 good sized shower rooms. One had a jacuzzi bath also. House has been modernised well. All towels and bed sheets supplied. Very clean and tidy. Lots of plates etc for eating and cooking in. There is a electric car charging point at the house also, not that we used it. Ideal location by the sea. Literally less tha than 5 mins walk there. Great for an early morning run also. Lots of supermarkets close by and even things like McDonald's, subway etc.

Would of been good to have a bigger fridge freezer for the weekly shop. Slightly bigger washing machine and washing line with a few more pegs would of been ideal.

Fantastic stay. Beautifully renovated house with all mod cons. Location excellent with the beach just a few mins walk away. Lovely little touches such as welcome wine and access to beach towels and buckets and spades. Garden a total sun trap too.

Fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Great base to visit the seaside at Lowestoft, Southwold and other little towns. Plenty of space in the house - we had our large travel cot in the main bedroom with us - and lovely kitchen to have family meals. Would highly recommend!

It would be even better if there was a travel cot and highchair available so you don't have to bring your own!

We had a great stay in Pakefield at Sunnyside, the host left us wine and snacks on arrival which was lovely, we sat outside on the patio enjoying the weather. The house was immaculately clean, spacious and light with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the showers were fabulous. The beach is a minutes walk along the private pathway and it stretches for miles giving us plenty of lovely dog walks.

The accommodation was very good and the location was fine for local access.

This house has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard, the two bathrooms both have huge showers in them. Every little home comfort has been included from a washing machine and dishwasher to a coffee filter, it is a lovely home that I wish I could buy never mind rent for a few days. The location for us was perfect, set just back from the beach we were able to walk along the coast path to get to the local pubs to attend a family event. My favourite moment was waking at 5am, listening to the sea and watching the sunrise from my bed. This is a rental I will repeat. We return to Lowestoft annually for a family event and I will be checking availability of this property as soon as I confirm dates.

The only thing I didn't like is that this house doesn't belong to me!

Absolutely everything. The location was perfect. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and actually didn’t want to leave. Would definitely recommend for a staycation coastal getaway.
