The apartment was practical modern and clean , great location

Customer service (assumed I was going to cancel so arrived to find no key. Phone the number got answering machine. Get text from them to say they was in meeting time being 230-245pm normal checking time after waiting about 30 mins later cleaner arrives then am told owe sorry ur room will be another hour as it hadn’t been cleaned with them expecting me to cancel. The parking should be made more clear prior to booking as after booking to find out their no on site parking but their as a council car park which serves the purpose but would been nice if was advised prior to booking

Great location.

We are so happy to have opportunity to live in this beautiful place and area. The location is absolutely convenient surrounding by variety of restaurant, pharmacy or pubs. As we don;t usually like to live too close to the city and this is great location that we can walk to the city only took 20 mins. I have to say the burger shop at the downstairs is our favo restaurant, and we can easily come down and had our meal. The room facility is well-maintained, clean and definitely great for everyone who can just bring the clothes to live in. The owner (or whoever have this place) is really nice and passion to answer and guide us to live in. We love how they provided very detail information to us, coz we check-in quite late the day and these info was helpful. My partner and I was really happy to find the key and successfully to live in. We feel like we are living in our actual house and very cozy and comfortable. Thank you for everything you provided this great place, we hope we will have opportunity to love in again.

Nothing to complain about ^^

The location was really good. It was along a good strip with loads of restaurants and a chemist. It has good heating and the shutters helped a lot to stop the windows from rattling when it was so windy. My partner and I didn't realise that parking is a pain in Hobart, but the accommodations was close to a council car park that was free at night. So we took advantage of that.

The filter from the stove top wasn't that good, so the room will smell a bit like food one night we decided to cook in. The TV is old-ish so we couldn't hook up Netflix. The room is clean, although the bottom of the sink smelled a bit muggy. So we had to wash the dishes again before using them.

Great location in vibrant cafe/restaurant and shopping strip. Well insulated and warm property.

Accessing the property can be challenging, but excellent instruction provided by host prior to arrival. Some odours were present inside the property at various times, but were bareable.

We didn't realise that the bedrooms were not fully enclosed. So we were disturbed slightly by the sleeping noises of others. If this doesn't bother you then the accommodation is great.

Good location and an easy walk into Hobart, plenty of restaurants locally and a shower that could take your skin off!

Bit light on the kitchen utensil side and there is a little noise in the morning as businesses start to open up. Directions to get in seem complicated but once you get there it's simple

the steps were too steep for my mum of 87… that did scare me. If she was on her own she would have arrived and would not be able to access it, impossible for her! if there had of been an emergency I would hate to think!

Loved the location didn't have travel far for dining absolutely choices galore all with in 5 minutes would recommend it for everyone will be definitely staying there again

Nothing that can actually be changed. The narrow stairs and the access for luggage was a challenge. I would recommend for fit young people but if you are a senior as I am its a chore.
