Shore Bet is a great house for a family. The backyard is amazing with so much to do. Perfect location on a quiet dead end street. The realty group was extremely easy to deal with & very friendly. Beds, furniture comfy. The house needs some TLC though. We rented this house last year & nothing has been updated or changed. Beach chairs are very rusted. The kitchen has random serving ware so it can make cooking home meals a little tough. That being said, we would def rent this house again.

Despite cloudy rainy weather we had a wonderful time. We attributed this to the renal property. It was clean, spacious, full of fun activities (pool table, ping pong table, lots of space and close to town and beach). We want to come back and we will return as we loved the island and the home, We are totally satisfied customers.

Great property, we were given the wrong lockbox code by email but it was resolved really quickly and after that everything was as shown in the information. Lovely property, lots to do and great location on a beautiful island. Great restaurants and cafes locally, beautiful beaches and great kayaking with manatees.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pool was clean and so was the house. However, the kitchen, kitchen appliances, and dishes are VERY outdated. I do not recommend you stay here if you are planning to cook often. The bathrooms were outdated as well but it's not that big of an issue since one does not spend a significant amount of time there. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is located in a nice area.

Home is beautiful. Location perfect. Back yard and pool area perfect (if there had not been trash everywhere). Beach close! Advertised as fully stocked kitchen…NOPE. Not even enough for a family of 5. We had to buy cookware, plates and utensils to get by for the week. All dishes and cookware were dirty and put away in that condition. Dishwasher was disgusting and made dishes dirtier. There had been no maintenance on it… EVER. Washer was falling apart and left marks on clothes. Again, no maintenance. Water and ice dispenser on fridge was filthy and covered with mold and mildew. No maintenance. Seems there were 20 or so remotes in the house, for tvs, lights and fans. None had working batteries. Some no batteries at all. We had to buy a ton of batteries. Arcade game was out of order. Incorrect lock box code was given to us and we were unable to check in. Took forever to get the correct code. While waiting we discovered all sliding glass doors in the house were unlocked anyway. Not comforting but at least we could get in. Especially since the trash in 4 bins was piled over, had been there for days, smelled of dead animals and there were huge swarms of flies around them and millions or more maggots everywhere. On Saturday, was promised twice the trash would be taken care of on Sunday. It was not. We could not go outside with our being swarmed while trying to get in our car and the smell got worse by the second. Property management addressed none of my concerns except door code.

I recommend it to everyone. Great location. The house is actually bigger than in the pictures. We are very pleased with the stay
