You need to fix your booking.com entry as it says checkout noon, check in 3 so we had to wait around for an hour for our room (because at the hotel they said check in 4pm, checkout 11am), though they did give us a free 2pm checkout and 2 drinks, also for almost $600 including parking, I would think you might have complimentary lotion, mouthwash etc. Absolutely no extras given. Also, the 2pm checkout didn't get put on record originally and then housekeeping kept missing it, calling and coming by several times (the first at 9am!) and the last time saying we were late and then realizing after looking at it, that we weren't late.

If you like pleasure boats and marinas, this location doesn’t get any better. Great views from all areas of hotel. Restaurant and bar overlook marina with easy access to great walking. Food was quality and quantity. Room were larger than most and bathroom was even bigger. Hotel had guest laundry facilities—welcome after a week of travelling.

Trendy hotel overlooking Marina with great decor. Loved the atmospheric roof top bar with DJ playing soulful music.

Staff not overly friendly except bar staff. Nice fitness and pool. Close drive to Venice Beach, Santa Monica etc.

Room not very big, a bit pricey for what it was, asked for a marina view room but was not visible, only sideways when I stood at the window at extra costs would not bother. Breakfast place expensive, better to drive to Ralph's and pick up better quality croissants! Parking in the area is difficult, so you are cornered into using the valet parking service at $45 per day!

Would like to be notified about the $45 per night parking charge. My husband and I both woke up with bug bites all over. Paid on a debit card for lunch then was added as a room charge of $75 also! Still trying to get it back!
