Perfect. Excellent bed and super clean everywhere. Quiet neighbourhood and quiet hotel. Wifi was good. Great hospitality. Local supermarket. Restaurants nearby.

Hotel stuff are simply awesome. Always ready to help, really positive and friendly. Rooms seem newly refurbished and are kept really clean. Restaurant and pool space are joined together and look&feel very comfortable and fresh being shaded from burning sun. Breakfast is so big that it is impossible to eat. Make sure to check out Turkish kufte with bulgur for dinner that the owner cooks himself!

It's absolutely not critical, but the surroundings of the hotel are bit worn out blocks of private houses and it'll take a bit of walking to get to the main tourist routes, beaches, restaurants and shopping streets.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Good price, spacious room with large window, quality cleaning, friendly staff, hearty breakfast. Located 5 minutes drive from the beach and about 10 minutes from the antique centre.

Nice tiny hotel with traditional breakfast, overall it matches the description and photos The beach is large and sandy with a bunch of beach clubs (15-20 minutes away from the hotel)

Get ready for 30-40 minutes walking to have dinner (to dine in is also an option but you are gonna miss the variety and the views offered by restaurants in ancient city area) Ground floor room was so smelly that we couldn’t sleep. Didn’t get why we were given a lower category room for the first night (moved to another one the day after). No proper explanation or excuses In nearby cities you can find much better value for money, but it’s not about the property I think, it’s just price level in Side being weird

Great find, lovely hotel and staff all in a relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment was great. Wifi and A/C worked great and the pool is very nice. There is a shuttle service for the excellent beach where you have free sunbaths. The shuttle is a little bit unpredictable but better that then to use your car on a dusty, hot road. No way walking to it during Summer.

There is a kitchen area but no means to prepare anything. Only coffee and tea. The older male receptionist started great but ended accusing me that I didn’t not pay for the room which I did on checking in. He was hovering few days asking me every time if I paid the room and every time I said yes, but he did not believe me. I felt like a thief but fortunately lady receptionist at the checkout helped cleared their mistake in administration. It left bad taste of it all. Otherwise, hotel deserved ten (10).

Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast is gorgeous. Location is a bit far away, but still walking distance to anything you need. Good stores nearby as well. Air conditioning works very good. You have anything you need in your room.

Very nice adult only family run holiday in a quiet area of Side. We booked the triple room ( double room was a bit small) and since there was a mixed up at check-in we were then upgraded to a suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy in front the building on the side of the road. It was safe enough as there were hardly any traffic on that road. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to eat and very delicious. Highly recommended.

I am perfectly happy with the place though owner could consider adding blackout to the curtains for people who might want to sleep in.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The service was very friendly and the breakfast provided was an excellent way to start the day. A good location, being only a 15-minute walk into the old city. Would highly recommend the stay.

I was travelling with my friend and we booked a hotel room with two double beds that were meant for 4-5 people normally. I checked the price on Booking.com and it was the same wether the room was being booked for 1 or 5 people. Our third friend, who lives in Manavgat was going to spend only the night with us in the hotel because she had to go to work early in the morning. Since the price for the room was the same for one, two, three, four or five people, we didn’t see any issue in the fact that we booked for two people. The price always stayed the same. Unfortunately the hotel manager saw this as the perfect opportunity to ask for more money. After trying to explain the situation and showing them that their single double bed and two double bed rooms were priced the same regardless of the amount of visitors, they would not give up demanding we pay more. After discussing this issue for more than two hours (always fun when you’re on vacation), with a rude hotel manager and one of his colleagues, we decided to pay the amount because it was not worth the energy anymore. The best part of it all is that they send us a message afterwards on Booking.com, accusing us of fraud while we clearly showed them how the booking system on this platform works. They also asked for my Turkish friend’s number after she already left while we were checking out and I found this to be very inappropriate. I have used booking.com in different countries on many occasions and never did I have such a terrible experience. I really hope Booking.com will compensate this extra charge and reconsiders their professional relationship with this hotel.

Great breakfast. Daily cleaning. Cosy hotel. Quiet location. Only 20 min walk to Antik Side,the same distance to the beach (for those who dont like walking, there is a transport arranged by the owner on request) We do recommend! Perfect holidays :)
