We had a great week at this villa. It is very spacious, each room has it's own bathroom. The playroom was great for our kids/teens. They had a great time down there. The pool area is fantastic. We all had so much fun. Lots of shade from the trees, good privacy from the road. The upper deck was so lovely and relaxing to sit in the morning or for dinner. The kitchen is well appointed. Everything we needed. Location was good for us. We took Ubers to the grocery store and to the marina for dinner etc. it was a bit too far to walk with the kids. The little bakery nearby is excellent and a short walk. Owner was responsive and check in etc.. was all very smooth. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the bedding and bathroom towels. they have seen better days. Overall we loved our stay! would definitely come back.

Our holiday villa was very well equipped for our group of 8 adults and 1 child. Beautiful villa, pool and garden, in a lovely quiet area. The villa owner is so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars in all areas.

Spacious villa with a good games room, garden and pool. Close to some great golf courses and within easy distance of the marina and lots of restaurants.

Great property in a Great location, quiet area but 6 minutes by car to the marina

This was an ideal property to base our golf and Algarve explorations. Lots of room to spread out, and the pool was great. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful spacious property with great facilities. Great pool and garden which captures the sun from early morning to the late evening. Next to the golf course and a relatively short walk / drive into Vilamoura.

Great property. We were a mixed family group with 3 generations. Villa was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. We made use of Uber to travel in and out oof the Marina area in the evenings.

We have just returned from a family holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary staying at the Vila Agostinho, the villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, in a lovely surrounding. We enjoyed the heated pool and gardens and also the view sitting on the balcony. George, the owner, was quick at replying to any message and very helpful. It was lovely to be able to access English TV too. The games room was used as well. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Loved everything about the villa, like home away from home. The kids loved the pool and surrounding garden and the extra bonus was the games room with pool table, for a break from the sun. Adults and children enjoyed this room for competitions and all round fun. We hired a car for shopping and visiting other towns but not needed as a lot of things in walking distance like restaurants, shops etc plus taxis reasonably priced. Will definitely be back as George made sure everything was perfect for our stay and if we needed, could contact him directly with any issues. I highly recommend this beautiful villa many thanks for our wonderful 10 nights away

Great villa in a great location, would use again!!

Just returned from a fantastic family holiday in this Villa. Really great location, very quiet but only 5 minutes drive to the marina or beach. Small supermarket and cafe only 10 minuets walk. The Villa itself is larger then it looks and is very comfortable and well equipped, which was great as we picked the only changeable weather week since May !! The pool table and dart board and heated pool ( extra cost but worth it if the weather looks iffy ) kept my two teenagers and eight year old fully entertained, UK TV channels if you need them too. We had a great week and will book this Villa again, the agents met us at the property even though it was a late arrival and showed us everything and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his wife briefly which was great and they are a very nice couple. Thank you George we will be back.

Very enjoyable stay at Villa Agostinho - we found the villa to be very spacious, peacful and with all the facilities we needed plus a lovely big pool. Spa supermarket a 20 min walk away, bakery 10 mins away and Browns Sports bar 10 mins away which was great for a drink / lunch. They do serve breakfast and dinner also. We chose not to hire a car and instead used Uber - approx 5 EURO to get to the Marina. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at Cafe Del Art situated about 15 mins walk from the Villa. We found the location to be ideal and really enjoyed our stay as a family at the Villa.

Was fantastic villa.Everything we needed and the pool was a hit with the children.We should have hired a car to get supplies as being 10 in number it was a lot to carry.We also found supermarkets further away with more choice.But never having done this type of family holiday before we were a bit naive.We will know next time.There will be a next time as it was perfect.

We visited here for the second time as we so enjoyed our stay last time. The villa will not disappoint it is in a beautiful location and is very well equipped. The weather was glorious and we enjoyed using the enormous pool. The games room was a hit with the young adults in our group. We used Uber to take us to the large super markets and also down to the Marina at very little cost. George is such a lovely man, always quick to reply should you need Hopefully this won’t be the last time we will stay here l would love to return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

We spent a week in this beautiful villa and it was perfect. My teenage son and daughter brought a friend each and they loved the games room with table tennis and pool table. We hired bikes which gave the the kids freedom to explore Vilamoura and visit the beach during the day allowing me and my husband to relax by the pool - perfect! The view from the terrace is stunning and the villa was emaculate. We tried a number of the local restaurants and were never disappointed - our favourite was Cafe de Art just a short walk from the villa.

The villa was amazing, spacious, with everything you could want and need. The games room was well used ! And the pool was great. The owner was very helpful , there was Browns sport bar and restaurant and two spar supermarkets to choose from for local shopping, one in each direction. Great for golfers , and water sports . Overall a beautifully maintained villa great for families or groups

We liked the property. As there were fewer adults than the original booking, we would have struggled to have everyone seated on the veranda and in the lounge. But for the 3 adults and 2 teenagers it was fine. Taxis were easily available. The games room with the table tennis and pool table were very good.

Everything we needed was in the villa. Communication with the owner via email was very easy. Wonderful villa for a family. Thank you George. The weather was very kind. It was an ideal base prior to and after our family wedding.

Absolutely outstanding villa. For the past 20 years we have rented 4* to 5 * villas in Florida and Portugal, however, this has surpassed any villa we have rented in the past. In the first couple of days we had a couple of minor issues as we were the first rentals of the season, but the Management Company came to the villa within one hour to sort them out. Even George came to the villa to make sure everything was attended to - beyond customer service as he was visiting from Canada!!! As with previous reviews we found that the photos did not do the villa justice – it was quite exceptional. All of the party from our 5 year old granddaughter to more elder members of the family enjoyed all the facilities from the games room to the fantastic pool (which needs heating in February). The local bakery is an absolute must for fresh bread / pastries / coconut ring, and is only a 5 minute walk from the villa. If you are a golfer then be prepared to pay €95 per round at the nearest Old Course just 5 minutes drive. The family crazy golf in Vilamoura is good value and fun. Try the Beach Restaurant at Vilamoura (opposite Vila Gale Marina Hotel ) for good quality inexpensive food and drink. Restaurants in Vilamoura Marina were not too expensive - Sardines Salad at €8.50 were good value at the Mayflower Restaurant. We self catered most of the time and found that the Pingo Doce in Quarteira was really good value. All in all outstanding villa and the Portuguese people are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend without a doubt.

We have just returned from one week in Villa Agostinho and have had an absolutely amazing holiday. The villa is immaculately maintained and a wonderful property to stay in. It also has fantastic facilities and in addition to the large pool and garden there is a games room which provided a fantastic diversion when we need to take a breather from the sun. All the family loved the pool and it has a cover which can be pulled over the pool to keep the heat in when the temperature falls a little overnight. The games room was fantastic and we had a number of table tennis, pool and darts tournaments to keep us amused and for those not playing there was always some football on one of the two TVs in the house. Whilst we ate out most nights we did also take advantage of the BBQ in the garden and had a couple of nights sitting on the veranda watching the sunset whilst enjoying our dinner and a glass of wine. All in all it was a fantastic week in Portugal and the villa was a fantastic base for both days by the pool and also exploring a little further afield to the marina, golf courses and water park.

The pictures and description of the villa only tell half the story: this is a large, very well maintained and presented property which will suit bigger families. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and all the furniture, air conditioning and kitchen fittings are in good order. We have stayed in a number of rental properties in Portugal and other parts of Europe and this is probably the best property we've come across at the price we paid (although we note that prices have increased this year). It is not dissimilar to some of the properties we have stayed in when holidaying in Florida which tend to have the "Wow factor" and are usually very well maintained and kitted out as the market there is so competitive. The pool is a fantastic size and has plenty of sun loungers and chairs to make the most of the beautiful gardens which surround it. There is plenty of sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but a reasonable amount of shade too, should that be required. The games room is brilliant. It is large and air-conditioned with a decent table tennis table, a very good pool table and a large screen TV. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the TV had a series of sports channels which included live coverage of Premier League matches and other games from across Europe. A great bonus for the men in our party and a negative point for the women! George is very easy to deal with. We got the impression that he is very anxious to make sure you enjoy your holiday and he always replied promptly to requests for information. The local management company which maintains the property responded very quickly when a minor issue arose. We had a number of meals at Figueiral, a Brazilian restaurant in Almancil. The food was always first class and the courtyard setting is very pleasant. Sit outside and enjoy their wonderful steaks which are very reasonably priced (even with the current exchange rate). We would also recommend Falésia beach. Access it via Av. da Praia da Falésia. This leads to a number of large car parks. All you have to do once you've parked up is walk across a pedestrian bridge and you will find a beautiful long stretch of golden sand. Stay close to the bridge and the beach bars if you don't mind company, or walk along the beach if you would like a bit more peace and quite. It also has a good range of water sports. We would certainly recommend this villa. It is everything it is described as.

Well presented, smart and clean villa in a lovely area of Vilamoura, the table tennis and pool table were a bonus, thoroughly recommended.
