Great and relaxing

Our family of 4 stayed in this home for 5 nights & highly recommends this beautiful lakefront home. We found the property to be clean & fully stocked with amenities that met all our needs. The private dock, porch & outdoor kitchen with fireplace was so relaxing. Rex was very responsive, he even gave us the option to check out late on our last day. Our college kids were thrilled to sleep in! The commercial grade icemaker on the garage was especially awesome!

PLACE WAS GREAT! Can't wait to go back in the spring/summer! Rex was great with responding. Houses are very close to each other, so be prepared. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

this trip was for my grandsons 17th birthday, this house was even better than i thought it would be. the pictures on line are great but this place was beautiful everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. the property manager was easy to get ahold of and he was very helpful. we had brought a lilly pad for the lake and didn’t realize it needed to be blown up, i contacted him to ask if he happened to have one before i ran out and bought one, he did and ran it right over. that was such a huge help. the lake was right there and we were able to watch the boys fish or kayak while sitting on that fabulous porch. we will be back here for sure

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is well equipped with essentials. The cleaning crew could step up by sweeping the floors and setting out fresh ant traps. Several were left very full of ants. One upper cabinet door in kitchen won't properly close. There was no propane for the gas grill and the green egg grill was very dirty with built up food and grease. The paddle boat had been neglected but we got it out of the muddy area and it worked fine for our group. The boat dock was very handy for fishing and the kids enjoyed swimming nearby. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice, especially since we were on the lake but, there were several things that were looked over, that we had to fix. For what we spent on reserving this house, you'd expect everything in working order prior to our arrival. Luckily my husband is a handy man and had to: **Go to Lowe's to buy a drill ($80) and bits ($10) to fix the paddleboat, that was advertised on the listing. One would assume, if it's listed, it should be in working order. **Change 2 lightbulbs - Ice Maker room & master bath Other negatives - **Taking pillow cases off before we left, I noticed brown spots on pillows where previous people had sweated or slobbered. Pretty disgusting! **There were also spots on the bed protector, again, pretty disgusting! **I text and emailed Rex 4 hours before we arrived to ask if we could check- in at 2:00 instead of 4:00. I never received a response. **The master bedroom had a futon and elliptical, which made the room small and hard to maneuver in. **The laundry room was very disorganized and messy. House was nice and had everything we needed to cook and a large refrigerator. The ice maker in the garage was a great addition. The view of the lake was great. Our dog loved jumping into the lake to get balls/sticks. The kayaks were fun and our dog enjoyed the ride, didn't think she'd stay on but she did. Once my husband fixed the paddleboat Friday, we had lots of fun going up and down the cove. We reserved the house to go jeeping at the off road park, so having access to the garage was great!
