Very comfortable cabin, accomodated 11 easily. After getting snow on the last night, we decided to stay an extra night. They made that process easy and were happy to accomadate us. Will look for this property again.

The house was more than adequate. The fence was awesome for the dogs. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great.

The property was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Plenty of everything, including a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels/linens and plenty of fans.

Four men went to Angel Fire for a golf outing. Great place with a bedroom and bathroom for each of us. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evening watching deer. Great place. Will definitely go back.

Nice number of bedrooms to bathrooms for family reunion. Great backyard for baseball. Extra rental right next door for additional family members.

My family of 7 was there for a week over spring break. The home is as large as described and check in/out was easy. The primary bedroom mattress was comfortable, and the home stayed warm in the cold weather. We enjoyed the view from the sunroom. But, overall the house is outdated, worn out and just barely cleaned. We were greeted with a flower pot full of cigarette butts on the front porch and TVs with no signal (later fixed). If you decide to rent this house be prepared for lots of frustrations! Bring your own pillows, bring extra plugs for outlets and usb ports etc.. and don't look under the couch cushions! I have communicated with the property manager (along with pictures). I attempted to communicate with the owner with the help of VRBO.

We enjoyed staying here. the house is exactly as advertised and the location is great! Barb is easy to communicate with and she gets back to us promptly to answer questions. There was some electricity issue prior to our stay that impact some kitchen utilities and we were informed and offered options to overcome the issue. I would recommend this property to others and would love to come back stay here. thank you!

If you’re wanting to spend the entire day boarding/skiing… this is absolutely the place

The house was great! There was plenty of room for our family (which includes 8 children and grandma!)…. Wonderful view off the patio, plenty of seating, great kitchen (well stocked!). The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for soaking in after a day of skiing. Highly recommend ☺️

The house was amazing. The sunroom was located on the way side of the house toward the mountain to observe lots of animals. Many rooms to accommodate my large family of 7 children and my parents and sister. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed. Great location in Angel Fire. Loved the location, not exactly in town but next to a small lake. Lots of nature to observe around the house. Hopefully we will get to go there next year and this would be the to place for us to start if it's available.

24 family members rented two houses in the neighborhood for a reunion. This property accommodated all of the adults without children and many of the joint activities. The house and property were exactly as presented and the host was very accommodating. We would love to return at some point

This home was large, well stocked, with the perfect porch to watch wildlife and the surrounding scenery. It was in a great location. Homeowner was available for quick communications. We enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed the size of the house but it needs to be said that the house itself was outdated and could use a deep cleaning. Blinds were broken, carpet in the bathroom was pretty gross and there was dust and dirt many places. The comforters were very outdated and one of the beds upstairs even had a couple bugs in it. The size and the property could be extremely nice with a bit of an upgrade and a very good cleaning!! Thank you for the home and the stay!!

This was a great home for our family with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together. Also many things to do in Angel Fire.

Spacious and comfortable home. We were able to spread out and relax. Spent the weekend listening to the rain, sleeping with the windows open, playing games, and hiking. The home is conveniently located near the main road, so we didn't hesitate to drive into the village if we needed something. We would stay here again.

We loved our time at this rental. Sitting on the deck in the evening was very relaxing. The property manager was excellent to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful home and it was perfect for our group of 12 for 7 nights, this included our children and grandchildren. It is very close to the ski slopes and sledding hill & playground . Sleds are provided in the garage ! The kitchen included everything you need to prepare family meals. The set up is perfect. The two living areas provide space for everyone. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises in one room and watching tv with the children in the fireplace room at night. We had visits from families of deer in the evenings. The home has a garage for parking, We want to thank Barb for her help with our questions.

Worked great for big family. 7 Adults, 1 child, plenty of room, easy access, good layout, lots of room, nicely stocked with necessities. Loved the instant hot water, so there was always plenty for showers when we all needed one. Had deer around and even right up to front door. Entire family enjoyed this trip.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy for the 4 of us, and that would be the case for a much larger group. We were able to have lots of privacy with the bedrooms on 3 different levels, and the living room / kitchen / sunroom area on the main floor meant that we could all be together and still have room to spread out. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the location was perfect for our stay in Angel Fire and convenient for our day trips to surrounding areas. The views from the sunroom and deck were beautiful when the weather was clear, and beautiful in the snow. The nearby small lake was absolutely gorgeous and we took multiple walks around it. The back yard did need to be mowed as the weeds were too high for our small dog, but we managed with the front yard and keeping her on a leash when we were outside. The deer were scattered throughout the neighborhood, and we were able to see them up close while they were in the front yard, since they were not concerned with our presence. We even saw a small herd of elk a couple of times. Everything was well-stocked, including toiletries, paper goods, detergent, spices, some kitchen food staples, etc., and there were lots of towels, linens, and blankets. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again!

The house is big, has a great layout, several bedrooms and four bathrooms. The sunroom was a favorite in the morning, and the deck was great in the afternoon. Easy to get to and great location. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 adults recently stayed 5 days here and it was perfect for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It's easy to get to--right off the highway. We had deer visit the backyard every morning and saw a herd of elk across the way. Our first time to see these beautiful animals. The house is so beautiful and arranged well. Loved the big kitchen as my family loves to cook so we had plenty of room. Also, we enjoyed eating at the large family table. We would love to come back someday. Thanks Barbara!
