My review is to hotel Holiday Inn where we were moved due room issue in Candlewood.

Windows curtains was not enough against sharp sunshine.

Very clean, very spacious room with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette is equipped with good basics. There are two types of pillows on the bed: firm and soft - easily recognizable by the stitching on the pillow cases. The room to the back of the building faces a highway and the airport but it was unbelievably quiet. I didn’t hear the traffic or the planes - amazing windows! The staff was very nice and accommodating. If you are a good walker it is walking distance to the Strip. It takes roughly 30-40 minutes to get to the Bellagio (depending on how crowded the streets are).

It was a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give 10 points is because I very rarely do that (maybe 1 out of 30 stays) only when there excellent service and hospitality which I didn’t request here.

The front desk Staff were friendly and nice. The gym and laundry facilities were clean and so appreciated. Coffee in the lobby, citrus cold water and available snacks for purchase were a surprise and we were grateful. Extra towels and hangers were needed for us, and it was shared without any fuss.

We might request a higher floor next time.

The friendly staff and that the laundry facilities were at no additional charge. The staff made a way for us to get the room we needed.

That housekeeping was not done daily, it had to be requested.

the rooms were huge and the staff was so friendly. the property was very clean. definitely will be back. not to far from the strip. it’s like a 5 minute walk to the strip.

everything was newly refurbished so it was in perfect condition! even had a full kitchen in my room.

we booked through a third party site based on the description provided. we needed 3 beds and paid extra to get them. got there and the room given only had 2 beds. hotel wouldn’t do anything and the booking site couldn’t do anything. after we mad a big stink, they finally provided a roll away bed. why they couldn’t do that up front, I don’t know. the hotel blamed the booking site, the site blamed the hotel, meanwhile we are the ones that had a poor experience without any accommodation. liked the hotel, hated the the hassle.

Clean, large room with kitchen, nice decor, great bed, waking distance to the Strip.

No view. Shower has really strong water pressure. Could use benches out front for waiting for Uber or Taxi.

The room had way more amenities than I expected for the price.
