Musty odors in common areas; loitering of strangers outside the building after dark

I was very appreciative of Debbie who offered assistance upon my arrival. Thankful for Tracy who promptly resolved my keypad entry code, AC, weight room and alarm. Maya the Mgr maintained security and cleanliness on the property for residents. Felt very secure.

Lacked an oven and a pool. Covering for the outside sitting area. An available vacuum cleaner for long term stay.

The location was easy and safe.

The hallways, elevator and the room itself smell like stale old cigarettes from an old 1920s nightclub.

My room was overbooked. I walked into the room I was supposed to have, a lady could of shot me with her gun. A housekeeper name Debbie review my confirmation papers and said I dont know why you got a room that was booked already. Debbie, Stacy ,and I could not get a hold of Tracie. I had to stay at another hotel for the week. I want my money back!!!!!

The convenience of being in the middle of town was great. I could drive 5 min to anywhere I needed to go.

They gave us the opportunity to check in early but while moving in the property manager called and started screaming at us. She told us that we hadn’t paid and we weren’t allowed in the property. I told her I had a confirmation number from the site we booked as well as us being charged on our credit card. She asked for the confirmation but once she received it it wasn’t enough and she wanted to see our credit card statement showing the money had been taken out. I told her I wouldn’t do that because i don’t have to show her my CC statement. She then proceeded to call us frauds. After that I didn’t even want to stay there anymore and even though we had no where to go I would rather stay in my vehicle because there were no other hotels available. Then she calls us back and says she’s going to check on her computer because she hasn’t been able to make sure we are confirmed for the room. So this entire time we were going back and forth and her screaming without her actually doing her job and making sure we indeed didn’t have a reservation which we paid in full, over 900$. I wanted to cancel everything after being treated like scum but once they noticed they were wrong and we indeed paid in full they didn’t allow us to cancel without charging us 500$ as a cancellation fee. They only offered us 100$ to make up how we were treated. I will never in my life ever do business with these ppl again.

Very clean, quiet neighbors and a comfortable home feeling.

The headboard in our room was not attached to the wall so it kept clunking against the wall in addition to the pillows not being very comfortable.
