The house was beautiful very comfortable for us. The rooms were comfortable for all us we slept well and house was spacious.

The wi fi coverage is limited the rooms upstairs they are not covered even the bedroom downstairs does not have coverage The sun room the glass sliding door did not open and the main bedroom upstairs the bath stopper was not closing we end up using shower not the bath. The table in the dinning room accommodates only 4 people but the house is for 8

The view was excellent. The entertainment room was also nice. Definitely worth the price.

The Fridge freezer side doesn't work properly. Two of the rooms beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses needs to be looked at.

For the houses to be cleaned regularly. To many spiders and dust

The pots and pan needs to be upgraded . The fact the pre paid electricity was not topped up and I needed to follow up to get the cleaning service I had prebooked was a bit frustrating.

Our stay at Pezula A down to earth review of our stay and the plethora amount of problems we experienced. Problems: 1. When we arrived at the house, we were not greeted by anyone and was simply told that the key were under the door mat, so we had to figure out the layout of the house and where everything was by ourselves. No one was there to even check to see if the right people and number of occupants were correct and also there were no basic COVID-19 procedures, like temperature checks etc. 2. There was no WiFi like how they claimed there was. We messaged the agents and they apologized and did not take further action. No signal for MTN and barely any for Vodacom so we couldn’t even use our own data. In the end we had no choice but to use the neighbors WiFi. 3. Lighting issues. The whole house had lighting issues. Some rooms only had 1 lightbulb working out of 6 ~ 10 bulbs and even had a bathroom with no electricity at all. Messaged agents, never got sorted out. 4. Air condition leaking. One of the rooms had a leaking air con and water leaked all over the bed and in the base as well, messaged agent because one person ended up having no bed and no where to sleep, agent didn’t even respond nor read the message. 5. Oven and fridge not working. The oven showed the time but was broken, switches didn’t even work. The main fridge was broken as well, we turned it onto the coldest setting and it didn’t work, so we had to use the small bar fridge for all our groceries, which didn’t even fit everything. 6. The biggest issue we had after all of these inconveniences was the lack of response and responsibility from whoever is in charge of making sure visitors enjoy their stay and experience, especially for the price they are paying.
