While the home was beautiful and comfortable , our 3 kids were heart broken that the pool didn’t get warm until the last day ( we paid extra to heat it ) and the hottub wasn’t working at all. We were in contact with VACASA multiple times but our issues never got resolved . Overall I would reccomend this home for your vacation, but I would first confirm that the pool and hot tub are properly working . We chose this home specifically for those two ammenities and were bummed that we couldn’t use them properly .

Home has everything one could want for a true vacation, pool, hot tub, water access to the bay. Love the outdoor grille area.

We booked this home for a girls (family) getaway and birthday celebration. It’s a beautiful home, set up perfectly for the 7 of us. We had a minor issue, which was resolved quickly. It is perfectly located between Anna Maria island and Siesta Key beach. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus, my 4 nieces were in the pool every moment we were at the house, even 1st thing in the morning. We will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay at this home. Very clean and was more then we could ask for! We will definitely be back.

If you need it this place has it! My husband, daughter, 13 and 17 yr old grandsons, and I had the most wonderful time in this rental. It has everything from location to convenience items to necessities. Clean, spacious, upgraded, fully stocked kitchen and linens, beach towels, pool, hot tub, outdoo

Interesting area…not quite what we expected. Chose this house for pool and dock. They guaranteed pool heat and pool never got over 76. They claimed it was due to 60 degree weather, but our pool at our home heats up to 90 with no issue, even in colder temps. If you want a warm pool, would suggest only renting in very warm months. Used nice screened in area. a lot. Good house for fishing.

Our family loved all this place had to offer, would recommend to any family looking for a great home, fantastic outdoor space and incredible spa and pool. We also found the location was great. Hope to be back one day me and my family thank you for all the memories.

Overall it was a great experience. There were a couple of minor issues with leaks but someone was sent out the next day to repair. Great spot to catch Pinfish. We had the kids set up with small hooks and small shrimp right off the dock and within a 2.5 hour period the 4 of them caught close to 30 Pinfish. They had a blast and made the entire trip.

We had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The pool is perfect size for a group of 6. Outdoor seating/kitchen was ideal for coming dining after being on the water all day. Things to note: Those bringing a boat - beware of the tight parking. The street dead ends into another property’s driveway making it a tight squeeze to maneuver the truck and trailer. We have a 19’ boat and had just enough space to jackknife the trailer into the driveway. The nearest public boat ramp is about 15 minutes away by car and 20 minutes by boat. The marina across the street would not allow us to use to launch and load. We put the boat in at centennial park on 10th street in Sarasota. While kayaks are provided launching the kayaks from the dock is difficult and best done at high tide. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness of the home was acceptable.

Everything at the house was great. We loved the pool and dock for the kids to go fishing. Even took to kayaks out. Everything was as advertised.

The location of this rental allowed us to check out many of the area beaches and shopping/dining districts. Returning home each night to a heated pool with canal views made our time all the more relaxing. We utilized the kitchen and covered lanai for breakfasts in each day and it was great having laundry facilities to minimize the necessary packing of clothes. We had a great time and would definitely consider the property for our next visit to the area.

We have rented many VRBO's. This one was, without a doubt, the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. We were thrilled about that. If I could make two little suggestions, 1) a bowl to mix a salad in (we used our great grandson's sand pail :) and 2) a little blanket for use in the living room while watching TV on the sofa. It was a wonderful house to stay at. Easy to get to off the main drag and centrally located for our trips to Sarasota. Pool was great; last 3 days we couldn't because pollen count was up too high and it wreaked havoc with the chemical balance. With that being said, there was absolutely great communication with the Vacasa hosts in this situation and they gave us a small refund with regards to the heating cost. Only downside was we had to make a store run to get some basic necessities for the kitchen area and we really couldn't easily use the kayaks because of the water level. Otherwise a great house and we could easily come back again!

It was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Pool and hot tub were great and being on the canal was very nice. I would suggest some additional lounge chairs and newer ones), more steak knives, nicer pots/pans with lids. These are small little things but would be a nice addition. Management company was very responsive and helpful (VACASA).

Great central location with easy access to restaurants, groceries, etc. Its a short drive to beaches, preserves, ropes course, mini golf, distillery, etc, other attractions. The house has a very unique layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 children (7 & 9) and the kids spent lots of time in the pool. We had the heat added and although the highest temp the water got to was 87 degrees, it was only 70 the day of our arrival and it took a few days to warm up. We had a minor issue with the chemicals in the hot tub and they sent the pool technician over to fix it. The Pool tech, Bo, was very nice and knowledgable and had the hot tub back in action quickly. We fished from the dock and were surprised to find there were 2 rods at the house. Prior to travel, we specifically asked about fishing poles and were told the house did not have them so we brought our own poles. The kayaks are really big 2 seaters and its hard to get them in and out of the water. There are orange around the neck type adult and youth life jackets supplied. Again, I specifically asked if youth life jackets were supplied prior to travel and I was told no, so we packed our own which took up a lot of space in our luggage. It was a pleasant surprise to find these items stocked but it would have been nice not to have to pack them. There is a kayak launch site at the park across the road, but aside from carrying the heavy kayaks over there, we had no way to transport the kayaks to the launch. (We had rented a convertible) The park across the street also has play equipment and a baseball diamond. The indoor kitchen is well stocked and even has paper towel and dishwasher soap. The outdoor kitchen and fish cleaning station came in handy. There could be a few lounge type chairs added to the pool area, some grilling utensils outside, ladder or kayak launch to help get in and out of the canal would be a great addition. Note that laundry detergent is not supplied. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely stay here if we visit the Bradenton area again! It is a beautiful property in a convenient location with quick access down the canal to the Gulf.

Upside- The house is beautiful and comfortable. Downside- We sent several messages asking for the pool to be heated. We didn’t receive a response from the property management timely, which almost disqualified us from getting the pool heated. After two hours and lots of confusion regarding our reservation talking to Vacasa, we finally were able to get our request confirmated. But, when we arrived the pool heater was broken, so the trouble was all for naught. Vacasa did say they will refund the pool heat fee, so we will see.

We had a nice stay at this canal front property. Wish we could have stayed longer! The home has been updated inside very nicely. We loved the outdoor covered porch and grill area along with the pool and hot tub. The two tandem (2 person) kayaks were great too. Just a bit heavy to lug over to the park across the street for access to the water since there is no ladder or easy canal access from the raised dock. The park across the street has a play area for young kids as well and a baseball field if your kids need to run around. We had a few small issues but the property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Overall, a nice weekend getaway for us!
