This condo is comfortably furnished and stocked with all the kitchen items needed for a lovely time down the shore.

Excellent property with plenty of space for a larger group( we had 12). Spacious kitchen and family room space and we loved our time sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was perfect with just a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We never needed a car! Lisa was accessible and wonderful to deal with throughout the process. Highly recommend!

This home was very comfortable and well suited for our family (7 adults, 3 children). It is so close to 17th Street beach which almost felt like a private beach since it’s several blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the 12th Street area of the Boardwalk. That said, it was a fair walk to the “retail” part of the Boardwalk. One of the best parts of renting this home was how easy communication was with Lisa. Any inquiry was promptly answered. The kitchen in this home was extremely well stocked, as was the garage where we were able to use a number of beach supplies/toys/wagon. The outdoor veranda overlooking Wesley Ave was our favourite spot in the evenings. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental property.

Property was clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and a large bright dining area that seats 10 -- perfect for us, our children, and our grandchildren. Short walk to beach which was perfect for the little ones. Would highly recommend this place.

What an Amazing Shore Home!! Wow ! Where do I start. This was a getaway weekend gift to my wife for her 50th birthday, to enjoy with her four best friends and her daughter. This house is Super clean and Just Perfect for a ladies getaway weekend. The house is beautiful, the access is simple and the entrance says beach house . The kitchen is laid out with great counter space, a large kitchen table along with a nice sized island to utilize. The porch is comfy and inviting, a great place to chill and hangout. The bedrooms were great, beds very comfortable. The master bedroom is so nice , the master bathroom is BEAUTIFUL with a wonderful design layout too! My wife and I can not say enough about this shore home. Her friends loved the place too, they all want to return again. Lisa was so helpful and instrumental in making the long weekend stay, a joyous one. Lisa contacted us a couple days before our stay to give us a quick run down of everything we needed to know. Lisa was available for any questions we had all weekend. The house is in a great location in Ocean City. For those who don’t know, the OC Boardwalk starts at 1st Street and runs to 23rd Street. The boardwalk businesses end at 14th Street (Bob’s Grill & the Fishing Pier). From there on it’s a nice quiet stretch of boardwalk with benches along the way to 23rd street. 17th street beach has a nice access path to the beach through the grassy dunes. Loved This Home Away From Home!

Lisa was an amazing host. She was easy to get in touch with and checkin was simple. Big living space and dining room table could 10 easily hold for dinner which was perfect to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Did not have to cross any streets to get to boardwalk or beach so the kids could head up there with little to no supervision. Master bath has been redone from what is in the pictures and it was spa like- all other pictures are exactly what the place looks like. Great porch as well. Thank you Lisa for a great stay!

Every aspect of this house was just absolute perfection! It was spotless upon arrival. The location to the beach and boardwalk couldn’t have been better, just a block away! The furniture was nice, comfy and clean! The beds were great too - a good nights sleep was had by all! It was so nice to sit on the large front deck - plenty of furniture! Lisa, the owner, was a pleasure to work with! We couldn’t have booked a nicer place! Oh and the price was amazing!!!

The home was beautiful with seasonal decorations and very clean!! Getting in and out was easy with use of the codes. Such a wonderful location, so close to the boardwalk and beach!! Lisa checked in with us upon arrival and departure, wanting to make sure we had a great experience. We’d definitely rent this condo again!!! Thanks so much Lisa!!!

There were 6 of us ladies that drove to Ocean City in the remnants of Ian! Lisa ( the owner) checked it out and said safe to drive down! The Condo was perfect for the 6 of us’ Very clean, well equipped kitchen And comfortable beds!!! Short walk to the boardwalk and beach… Lisa recommended good restaurants in the area and she was very easy to work with too! Planning to return next October!!!

This home is beautifully appointed, spacious, clean, and well located. The owners are friendly and helpful. We have been coming to OC for 14 years and this is the best rental we have had!

Great location!. You don't need to cross a street to access the beach and boardwalk. Close to the action on the boardwalk but not too close to draw the crowds. Great kitchen, family room and porch. The master bedroom is huge. Lisa was a fantastic communicator. Me and my extended family ages 5-83 enjoyed the house and had a wonderful vacation.

I was a little surprised that there were no bed sheets or towels available.
