Added fees and WiFi was SLOW. TV was too small for the room. Added fee was for a “damage waiver” that they refused to refund.

Bed was klein, geen kingsize. Er waren meerdere kakkerlakken. We hebben geen personeel gezien tijdens ons verblijf. Ook werd het water een dag afgesloten tijdens ons verblijf, daar wisten we niets van.

This studio apartment had all the comforts of home. A nice supply of dishes and cooking accessories to make meals in the apartment. The bed was extremely comfy and when the light bulb went out in the bathroom, maintenance was super quick to fix the issue. Very reasonable price for the extended stay.

The online process for retrieving the code for the room and paying for the security deposit was problematic. Two of my credit cards rejected the security deposit payment and I was locked out of these accounts until I could contact them that this wasn't a suspicious charge. Coming from Europe, I had limited access to phone service and had to go to a local restaurant to access WiFi.

I don’t like the fact that I paid for a king size bed and was placed in a full size bed ,for two people in a full-size bed. It is very uncomfortable ,quit false advertising.

No coffee in room

Nothing. The listing says king size bed and it's a full size bed, listing also says cable tv and there is nothing but a blue screen. Which I can't try to get it working due to the remote control being the wrong one. The toilet does not flush. The bed spread has cigarette burns in it. There are people loitering outside coughing (my guess is they are using drugs). And I have messaged and emailed the staff to get things fixed but I did not get a response. There is no staff any where on the property or they are hiding out somewhere. Nut what do uou expect from a company with three different names (the lusting online says soerra vista apartments, the sign out front says the vistas, and the booking confirmation email says metra)The room is the smallest room I have ever experienced at a a hotel/motel. Definitely ever unsatisfied with my stay. Especially for the price they charge. I will never stay here or at any of their properties again.

The room, the ammentities, the overpriced, the lack of staff, and the unresponsive communication when there is something wrong.

Company that runs vista not prepared to deal with someone without a modern cell phone for late check in. Had to threaten lawer and that I would seek bed elswehere before I got somebody competent on the phone. Nearby neighborhood not ideal. Fire in laundry room evicted us for about an hour or two one night.

We ended up never seeing the property because at 4:40 PM on the day of our check-in, this place demanded an additional $100!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! I would never stay here, and I will make sure everyone I know knows not to ever make a reservation with this place. I had already paid for our reservation in full! I am not turning over my credit card number to some strangers I don’t know who now suddenly demand an additional $100! I was treated very poorly, and would never ever ever stay here!

we had to change rooms due to cleanliness. we paid for a king bed and the room we moved to had a full size bed. not cool at all. we were tired so we didn’t complain

the ac was cold (but super loud), ease of access. clean, clean sheets, kitchen stuff stocked although i brought my own skillet and fork/spoon since i didnt know they were already going to be there. having access to a fridge and kitchenette was nice as thats the reason i booked this room.

the ac was soooo loud. im glad i saw the other reviews and brought ear plugs. all.kitchen tools plates cuos glasses spoon knife and fork were all dirty with lip prints and bits of food on them as though they were wiped down instead of cleaned. im glad i brought my own. also when i tried to open the bli ds they got stuck and the thongie broke as its cheap platic but thats ok since i was in town for work anyways and luckily there ismt any way anyone could have peeked into my room.as i was on the second floor.

The place is not for people who work construction. And the hold a 100 dollar deposit that is not told upfront. Place smeld like cigarettes.

That it had a stove and it felt I was kinda like home
