Its hard to put into words how amazing this house is but as nice as the pictures are they don't do it justice. The house and property are both amazing. but what is the nicest part is the owners. Kylie is amazing in communicating with you. The few questions or requests i did have, she always responds within minutes and is very helpful. Incase you are wondering what you need to bring.....clothes, food and alcohol!!! lol Everything else is there. The kitchen is stocked with a ton of dishes and glass ware and any utensils and cookware you can think of to make anything. Sufficient coffee and tea and creamers are waiting for any length of stay. The house was spotless on our arrival and the furniture and beds are all very comfortable and cozy. If you go in the winter i will say the driveway is perfect for crazy carpeting no matter what age you are, and the 11 foot long main table is perfect for regulation beer pong!! lol We stayed for 4 days and our group wouldn't be able to find the smallest downfall to even mention about our trip. Thanks again Kylie for an amazing weekend. We look forward to coming back!!!

Our stay at this cabin exceeded all expectation. Starting with the breathtaking location, with a view that was spellbounding and made for a hot-tub back drop never before experienced, to the beds so comfortable all our mornings were sleep in Devine!. We LOVED this cabin. The owners left no detail untested to.... the coffee station had us smiling from young to adult ..the retro games entertained everyone, even the family dog had a special place by the fire! Thank you for an unbelievable vacation! We will be back soon.

The Host, Kylie, was there for our every question. The property is well appointed with all the comforts of home. Mountain ranges everywhere you look with the Columbia River straight out the deck across the way where we enjoyed birds of all sorts. Quiet, secluded yet a 15 minute drive to Golden which has everything you need, groceries, pharmacy, gas, dining, bars etc. a quaint mountain town that is low key. Using the chalet as base camp we saw local attraction as well as Glacier NP to the west and Banff to the east, Both we’re an easy scenic drive. We are already planning our next visit to this stellar chalet. Thank you Miss Kylie, for helping us put a “check “ on our bucket list😊

My family (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here from July 2 - 9 and it is such a fantastic place to stay. The views are as gorgeous, and more, as they seem from the photos! We spent a lot of time on the balcony just gazing at the mountains, wetlands and river. The view alone is well worth the price! The cabin itself has been sublimely crafted. The whole cabin just feels like a work of art. Kylie, the host, has thought of virtually everything to make your stay feel comfy and luxurious. The little touches Kylie provides really go a long way to making your stay unforgettable. A few examples: I am keen to cook on a grill while travelling and was delighted to find a cupboard full of different spices. Every griller knows the importance of spices, and while travelling, no one wants to grocery shop for spices you will only use a couple of times and won't be able to take home. Having plenty of spices on hand really helped me deliver some memorable meals while there! We also realized that the full laundry facilities also provided detergent. Again, a small thing, but we like to do all of our laundry while on the road so that when we arrive home we don't have a mountain of laundry to catch up on. These are just two examples, but Kylie has really thought of everything! While there, we also had my brother and his family come to stay with us (so 9 of us in total) and there was plenty of space for everyone. This is a great place to get away with family, but also a phenomenal place to host a few friends or family members while away. My wife and I stayed in the upper loft, and wow, waking up to mountain views every morning is such a treat. I can't say enough great things about this place. Book in, you won't regret it! In terms of location, the cabin is just a short drive from Golden. Golden itself is certainly no Banff or Lake Louise, so we didn't spend a ton of time in town, but there was so much to do in the area, that our days were packed with hiking and other adventures. I would recommend the following in the area: suspension bridge, wolf centre, Leo's Buffalo farm is amazing and Leo has an infectious and charming personality. I could have listened to him talk about buffalo for hours. We also paraglided which was phenomenal. Kicking Horse mountain is great. Definitely check out Boo the bear. The mountain biking and hiking at the mountain are top notch and there are a ton of other great hikes in the area. This is the place to stay when near Golden!

Thank you to Kylie and family for sharing their incredible home. The location was perfect for touring the area. We easily made day trips to Glacier, Yoho and Kootenay. The view was even better than we anticipated and the hot tub, fire pit and pool table were used many times. We didn't want to leave. Kylie, the host, was very welcoming, contacting us on arrival and periodically checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Kylie’s chalet was nothing short of perfect! Everything we could have possibly needed during our stay was made available, from shampoo and conditioner, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and a crib/high chair for the baby. Kylie was the best host we could have asked for— friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The view from her chalet was gorgeous— the best morning coffee views you could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again our next visit to the area!

This property was such a gem of a property to stumble upon. Everything from the booking process to pre-arrival communication, to the stay to the follow-up was nothing short of incredible hospitality! The house was the perfect spot to host a mountain getaway if you're looking for a place to unwind and re-connect with family & friends. The fire pit, hot tub, amenities, wrap around balcony all add to the wow-factors. We cannot wait to come back!

This place is as beautiful as advertised. It’s very well taken care of and clean. While it’s perfectly out of the way, and creates a lot of peace and quiet, it’s still easily accessible and not too far from Golden and Radium. The hosts are so kind and helpful and easy to work with. Not only would we choose this place again if we do it over again, but the whole experience was so great that it made us all want to return again soon!

The cabin was really beautiful. Absolutely loved it. And lots to do in it between pool, karaoke, hot tub, and games. Highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the cabin is so well stocked with everything that you need for a great stay, the hot tub and chalet are sparkling clean. We absolutely loved the hot tub, the fire pit, the games, projector, pool table, the whole chalet!! The views are stunning! The host is so nice and thoughtful, so easy to communicate with!! I highly recommend this place! Great location, pretty quiet, certainly clean and overall a very very nice place to stay. Would definitely come back. The hosts were very easy do communicate with and they were very polite! Definitely a 5 star!

The communication with the property manager is by far the best I have experienced in all the times I have rented vacations properties. Kylie provided us with so much detail about our stay and would check in on us to ensure everything was running smoothly. It made our stay very comfortable knowing how good and fast the communication was with her. The cabin is just as described if not better. The pictures are true to reality. We had a great time using the pool table, karaoke machine, games/puzzles, and projector screen (easy to set up and use). We appreciated the available teas and hot chocolates and even a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night. The hospitality, again, was perfect. The cabin is also FULLY stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, trays, plates, you name it, they got it. They were so sweet to also leave a dog bed for our senior dog as well as dog treats and bowls. No one had issues sleeping on the beds - all very comfortable as was the couch and large dinner table that made playing games and eating as a large group seamless. The hot tub was a game changer and we enjoyed this every day/night with the best view of the mountain. The cabin was probably the cleanest property we've stayed at - this was impressive especially with the size of the cabin and number of bedrooms/bathrooms - there where zero complaints. We felt extremely comfortable staying there. You definitely feel secluded when you get there- it is very quiet and peaceful. Golden is a short 15 minute-ish drive. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental and would stay again - I would love to experience it in the summer months. From the moment we arrived everything was absolutely perfect. The mountain view was amazing, and the property and home was very well maintained, it was everything and more than we had expected it to be. A perfect family vacation, and we cannot wait to return to this beautiful paradise!

Kylie was great, there was excellent communication every day. The cabin is so beautiful, it really takes you away from everyday life for the time you are there and transports you into a fantasy. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect escape.

It would be impossible to walk into this home and not be blown away by how beautiful it is. The home is located a short drive from town but is far enough away that you have total privacy in a beautiful mountain/forested setting. The home has a ton of fun activities for all ages. I cant stress enough how beautiful the home is. If you love log homes in the mountains, this is the place for you!

We rented this chalet for a weekend getaway and it was wonderful! The property is nestled in the mountains and has unforgettable views. The chalet is beautiful and comfortable, I would highly recommend it! We can't wait to stay here again.
