Spent birthday week with family, house was perfect base for biking, hiking, eating and more.

This property is amazing!! We had a great time and the location was great for all the activities we did. We have stayed at this location before and it was awesome then and it’s still just as great. Would love to stay again

Very cute house with everything you would need. We loved the backyard and great location. We were able to walk to all of the events and restaurants in town. Beds were very comfortable.

My family and I are very familiar with Boyne City and have stayed at several rentals here. This one was by far our favorite. Excellent location, the host is amazing and did such a fabulous job decorating the property and keeping it clean and tidy. Also making himself available for questions. Very responsive and professional. Will absolutely stay here again.

This house is the perfect location. It was centrally located for all the beauty to see from Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbour Springs, Mackinaw City to Legs Inn. The house is a true 5 star rating. It is very clean, comfortable setting for 4 adults. The owner is right on top of things and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a great meal a home. Downtown Boyne City is walkable from this location with all the beauty along side the lake. What a great place. We will differently be back to stay at this rental. We enjoyed another great stay in the Boyne City area here at this cute 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Clean house, easy access, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, plenty of tv channels and nice appliances. We will be back!

The house is neat, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is full of spices. Was hoping they would have at least offered water. When we arrived at 10pm, we checked the whole house and all windows were unlocked. Not sure if they were left unlocked in purpose. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

We appreciate how clean this rental house is and its location is very convenient - Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Traverse City, Boyne Falls, Gaylord, The U P, etc.. We will definitely be back to rent!

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay here. The house is clean, cute and conveniently located in Boyne City. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking/baking, backyard deck area is awesome, living room is cozy, tv has lots of choices, desk area was perfect to work at, the bathrooms have nice smelling towels, bedrooms have extra blankets if needed. Overall a great place to rent! We will be back!!

Very quiet and everything you need is there

The house looks great and is very close to downtown. Jeff was great with his communication when I reached out, and very accommodating. The house is nautical themed and very nice to stay in with a small family. If you’re considering this property, just go ahead and book it. You won’t be disappointed.

After visiting his home it is easy to see why Jeffrey is a super host. For starters, Jeffrey answered any messages I sent him or questions I had very quickly. Amazing. The Wi-Fi connections were easy to set up and wonderful to have. The house is laid out so well it feels very spacious. The kitchen is fairly well stocked for making your basic breakfasts and dinners and I found it very comfortable to cook in. Having the option to eat on the front deck or the back deck was a pleasant surprise. Unpacking was a breeze thanks to the many drawers and shelves. The second bedroom has a good size closet stocked with plenty of empty hangers and the bathroom, which is the size of my larger bathroom at home, is only 2 steps outside the bedroom door. My son and daughter-in-law were very comfortable. The large primary bedroom is nothing short of amazing. It has a built in desk that turned out to be very handy. There is also a very large bathroom with a ceiling fan and plenty of drawer and hooks for towels, washcloths, robes, etc… It has a wonderful walk in shower. The main bedroom also has a very large closet/laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. It was absolutely heavenly. There is also a separate space away from the bedrooms, just off the mudroom, that my husband found very handy for working away from home. It wasn’t until day 5 that I realized how clean the house was. Nothing gunky in either shower, spotless floors, clean windows and the tables on both of the decks were clean enough to eat off. Jeffrey even had someone put out the trash and bring the can in for us. Jeffrey must have put himself in the position of a guest in his house because he truly has thought of everything. The nautical theme of the home and artwork was refreshing, well done and very enjoyable. Staying in this house was better than any 5-star hotel, hands down.

This home is clean, comfortable and very cutely decorated in a marine motif. Probably the best equipped home/condo we have ever stayed in over the past 15 years. Relatively close to Lake Charlevoix and downtown Boyne City, both within easy walking distance.

Lovely little 2 bedroom home just 4-5 blocks from downtown BC. Easy walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery store and harbor. The house is very nicely furnished and fully equipped. Nice deck out back ideal for dinner after a barbeque. Garage can be used for storing bikes, golf clubs etc. Large MBR closet with washer and drier very convenient for longer stays. We plan to come back next year!!

This house was perfect for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels. There were even beach chairs and toys that we used when we went to the beach at the foot of Walloon. The house is cute and cozy and in a great location to walk in to town every night. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I had a fantastic week at this property. Boyne City itself is a gem of a town on Lake Charlevoix, and this house is, too. We really enjoyed the walkability of the location, just a short (10-15 minute) stroll to parks, restaurants, and the beach and a 5-minute walk to a grocery store. You even get a sliver of a sunset view over the lake from the front deck. With the help of Jeff's really useful recommendations, we sampled all that Boyne City had to offer: Stroll Through the Streets, Music at the Gazebo, Peninsula Beach, and great dining options. Plus, it was a perfect hub for day trips to other wonderful towns like Charlevoix, Harbor Springs, and Petoskey. We would highly recommend this house for its location, stylish appointments, and value. There were only a few minor drawbacks with the property. First, as mentioned in a previous review, the master-bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable. My back was screaming after a week of sleeping on it, and I can tolerate a lot of different beds. Second, unfortunately not everyone in the neighborhood surrounding the house has as much pride in ownership as this home owner does. So just be prepared for a patchwork of nearby properties and lot conditions. To be clear, however, we felt very safe in the house and neighborhood and are confident that this area will be continue to be rejuvenated as time goes on. All in all, we enjoyed a wonderful week in Boyne City, and this house was a big part of our experience. We hope to return someday!

The property itself was incredibly clean, had all the amenities of home and then some. I would suggest mattress toppers if you don’t agree with a firm mattress, however it was still comfortable and the location and accommodation was just what we needed. Thank you very much!

House was well-appointed with everything needed, and squeaky clean. Great place to relax after snowshoeing, fat tire biking, and snowmobiling. Only thing I needed that the house didn’t have was a hot tub on the back porch. 😆 Thanks Jeff for a great stay!
