The unit was very clean and just as advertised…Dee had great communication and it was a pleasant family trip

The property was exactly like it was listed. The condo is located in the very back of the resort. The resort is large, highly recommend a golf cart to experience all the resort has to offer. The beach and pool were never crowded. The view from the condo was beautiful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a lowkey vacation rental.

Amazing property, amazing views, and Dee was a perfect host! This was our second visit at the property, the last visit August 2021. The Turtle Dunes condo is great for our family of 3. The condo is clean and comfortable. We loved the new combo Keurig. The pool and beach access is very easy. The beach was not crowded when we were there and was very relaxing. Our daughter loved the beautiful pool and enjoyed playing with other children. Our vacation was great. Thank you, Dee!

Excellent rental. Property was in excellent condition and Dee was very responsive to a couple of items needed. This unit was supplied with the essentials needed for a 2 week stay with items needed for laundry, dish washing, minor other cleaning needs, etc. This was the best we have seen from any unit we have ever rented and know Dee was responsible for all of this. She is the best.

The property, including the condo, is beautiful. So clean and well appointed. Dee was super responsive to all our questions.

We enjoyed our week at Turtle Dunes on Amelia Island. The view from the condo is fantastic and steps away from the beautiful uncrowded beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. The condo was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked, and living room was very comfortable and homey with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. The unit had two bedrooms, but we only used the master bedroom which had a very comfortable king size bed and great views of the ocean. The condo also has new large washer and dryer. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and even 2 bath robes were provided. Check in process was very easy and smooth. The guard at the gate had all our information and Dee, the property manager, provided us with the door code at check in time. The location was only about a 20 minute drive to the town of Fernandina – which had lots of shops and great restaurants. There were also other great restaurants closer to the condo/plantation. The only disappointment was that the pool on the property was closed for renovations. The listing said the pool was recently renovated in 2019, but did not mention it was closed again for more renovations. However, Dee did allow us to use a pool at another condo complex which was about a 15 minute walk via the beach. We ended up driving to that condo when we wanted to use the pool.

Views can’t be overstated. Condo was set up well, kitchen well stocked. Loved location.

Lovely 2 bedroom tastefully decorated, amazing views and an endless beach. We enjoyed the vacation immensely and appreciated being at Turtle Dunes and having access to all the amenities of the Omni resort. We would unconditionally recommend this villa to anyone seeking a quiet relaxing vacation.

Great unit and location inside of the Omni plantation. Excellent (and prompt) communication from the property manager as well as assistance when needed. Dee even helped us get into a nearby buidling's pool while ours was being worked on.

I traveled with my spouse and 9 year old daughter. The stay was excellent! The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach and pool access were very easy!!!! And the ocean views were incredible!!! Dee was personable and accommodating. Beautiful place!

Loved Turtle Dunes condominium at Amelia Island. Condo/AI plantation close to many historical sites, parks, and coastal waterways. Beach was gorgeous—open and uncrowded.

Dee has kept the unit very well. It has everything you can ever think of wanting. Beach towels, beach chairs, good quality shampoo, soap, conditioner, enough garbage bags and cleaners for an entire week. Kitchen has everything as well. The unit has a great view of the lawn and the ocean. So we were quite happy about that. The master bedroom is large and airy, but the second bedroom is a little dingy - very little light. Location has great proximity to the ocean, but it very far away from main fernandina beach that has a lot of restaurants etc. additionally - we saw a snake and two coyotes on the building property just steps away from us. So we got scared as we have a puppy and we wanted to leave as soon as possible So I would definitely say that this property is great for humans, if you have pets.. then maybe go to main downtown fernandina beach

This property and its management were excellent. The detailed description in the VRBO listing was perfect. Great ocean view from the balcony and easy walking access to the beach. The surrounding area inside the resort has beautiful and lush landscaping, trees and walking paths. Amelia Island is now one of our favorite stays with VRBO.

The rooms were clean. View was great. Easy access from the parking area. Steps away from the beach. Good community. Close to the biking trail.

This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 full bath oceanfront condo. Nicely appointed and lots of little touches to make it feel very homey. It was squeaky clean upon our arrival and there were Clorox wipes and Microban disinfectant spray for any additional cleaning we felt necessary to do with Covid. This unit truly has everything you need. We cooked many meals in the unit due to covid and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the pots/pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils I needed, even had a meat thermometer! The master bedroom is a nice size with ocean views. Two teenaged girls had no issues with room in their bedroom. The beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels. We brought beach towels but there were ones we could have used in the unit. There were also beach chairs to use in the unit. The ocean is a short walk from the building to a very large beach and not crowded at all. The pool is very large with lots of seating. We did not use it because the beach was what we went for, but it was nice to know it was there if we wanted to hop in! We used the tennis courts a short walk from the building which was perfect. Easy first come, first serve policy and never had to wait. Turtle Dunes is located at the end of plantation so you really feel safe, it's very quiet and nice to walk either the beach or the walking paths and streets on the property. Dee the property manager was wonderful at answering all of our questions and was only a text away if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this condo. Will miss watching the waves, the beautiful sunrises and the many pelicans flying over the ocean. Looking forward to another trip to Turtle Dunes and Amelia Island!!

Our first stay on the island was wonderful. The condo has a great view and is literally steps away from the beach. It has everything you could possibly need to cook and to serve beautiful meals. The owners have invested in decorating the condo to be warm and inviting. And, for the us the master bed was very comfortable. But, the real delight was dealing with Dee who is the property manager. She stepped through the process so that we knew we were safe and well taken care of. Very, very easy.

We had a terrific time atTurtle Dunes in the Amelia Island Plantation. Mickey’s unit is clean and ideally located on the second floor near the stairs. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

This condo was great for our family of five. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked as were available linens. Quick access to the beach, beautiful pool. Mickey was easy to reach and quick to respond. We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 20 years. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. It has a beautiful ocean view and the condo itself is immaculate. The owner is very responsive We will definitely be back to this wonderful gem!

We loved our stay at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation. This was our first time to Amelia Island and we were very impressed. The pool was so nice and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo had everything we needed for a week stay with a one year old. We rented a golf cart and LOVED it. The owner was easy to work with and very friendly. Overall, 5 stars for our stay in Turtle Dunes!

We stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well maintained and has all the comforts of home. Loved that it was located right on the water and so many walking paths to explore.

Vacationed with our 2 small children and this place was perfect for us! Very well-taken care of and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pool. We will definitely be back! Wonderful vacation!
