I loved the lodge it was decorated modern and beautiful. It was a lovely size for families it was lovely to have a drier too. The hot tub was lovely too

The hot tub didn’t seem to have any lights so it was dangerous to get in and out. The only issue we found was the main bedroom bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the slats maybe a foam or better mattress would be more appropriate

This lodge is stunning and full equipped with everything you. The location is fantastic for everything too. Lovely site and stunning location and you are not over looked. Owners are amazing too and keep you well informed with everything 👏.

Could have maybe had an ice bucket for the decking as it was so icy - but we were warmed about the slippery deck so no worries there.

Lovely little lodge, very comfortable and clean. Easy to find, location is great and it was nice and quiet. Plenty of space, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic value for money!

The dishwasher didn't work, which wasn't the end of the world, just a little inconvenient. Also the jets in the hot tub weren't fully working, and the head rests kept coming off so we didn't utilise as much as we'd intended.

The owner of the Property very kind and quick respond with need questions very quiet location 10 min driving from beach property is very clean and has everything necessary to cook a lovely meal . Jacuzzi was fantastic!! me and my family we absolutely love it ! we definitely gone come back.

Nice quiet little patch and has everything that you need from washier/dryer to kitchen tongs.

We stayed here before and returned as we were so impressed. however, on this occasion we’re disappointed. we arrived and our lodge had not been cleaned at all. this was quickly rectified but meant that there was a delay to us starting our holiday as we sat on the veranda with 3 kids for 2 hours whilst this was cleaned. the hot tub was not maintained at all during this clean and e had bought our own chemicals as this was a problem before. the tub ate so much chlorine that it was clear it has not been adequately maintained at all. there are health and safety regulations for this so this absolutely should be happening! the kitchenware was in the cupboard and dirty , the toilet seat broken off and the tv signal very temperamental. overall this has definitely gone down hill since our last visit. I made the owners aware and they did not appear to offer any incentive to return . disappointed and won’t be returning again.

The lodge is beautifully decorated inside - we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the interior was and could have stayed longer just for that. We went for a girls weekend away and it was perfect. Had a meal on site one night which was lovely and went to the pub across the road which was also great food. Seaside was a 10 min journey and weather was perfect. Hot tub was a bonus!

There’s only 1 parking space but there is residential streets nearby.

Really beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing, great to have a hot tub (v relaxing and fun for kids), and plenty of space. Great also to have outdoor seating, and tv (data works on phone to make up for no WiFi). No WiFi and nothing in village helped family time in the lodge.

A bit too far from seasides, because there’s so very little to do in North Waltham itself. Man at pool made us feel like escaped convicts and pool/gym mostly fully closed

The site was lovely and the lodge perfect. Communication with owner was great. Perfectly positioned for every activity. We even saw the seals at Horsey gap. Must visit the ship Inn at Mundersley but book for food. Local takeaways lovely.

The TV signal is awful and very little Internet signal. The local pub didn't open for food at the beginning of the week and we struggled to find somewhere to eat.
