This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at.

We only stayed one night, but it was very quiet.

There really isn’t breakfast, just some to go items.

Room amenities or lack thereof. Didn't appreciate having to run to front desk for everything. Hotels have things in room. Breakfast bar was PITYFUL. We were told there would be muffins and such. NOT. Packet Oatmeal and mini yougurt.. VERY disappointed

I did not have a reservation and needed a handicap accessible room. I was shown the room and found it very acceptable and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle got me to the airport in plenty of time for my flight. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe.

When I booked the room I specified the need for a handicap accessible room. I got a very generic response not addressing this request. The day of the booking I called to verify a handicap room would be available and found that the staff had never heard of such a request and did not offer handicap rooms! It was too late to cancel so I was charged. I will contact booking.com to get a refund as we did not go to the facility. Very disappointing

We missed breakfast bc we slept in a little. Breakfast ended at 9:30 am but the area where they had it looked very small. Everything was very clean.

Ice machine didn't work. No coffee pot in room unless you ask. Have take out your garbage to a room down the hall. Need to go exchange linens for fresh ones. I have never stayed at a hotel like that, it was really odd to me.

The convenience, price and availability

The beds were NOT comfortable. There were baby roaches. There were too many regular live in guest.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel also near a lot of shops and food options so it was easy to get around

Amazon package was stolen after delivery and wasn’t able to recover it. They don’t have cameras in the halls which is a bit questionable

The location is fine. Cleanliness was okay but could be better especially since it’s pet friendly. I liked the full refrigerator and the room space. I like the stove topping and how they provided us with the things you need to make something warm. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

The breakfast could’ve had a wider variety. There wasn’t no breakfast room/ area (it’s right by the entrance) It’s just grab and go and not everyone was able to eat what was available. If you didn’t make it by 6 you lost out on the muffins and the yogurt. The cleanliness wasn’t great due to the fact that I had to ask the staff for cleaning supplies to clean the room because my daughter is allergic to animals. They should have better cleaning supplies especially since it’s pet friendly like (febreze, Lysol, Clorox, mr.clean, etc.) for a better clean, smelling room and even for the lobby.

Handicapped older people all over halls that where continuously living there looked like permanently, more like a senior home than an overnight stay . Got there and was refused to let me use the bathroom across from office , was told I could use the one in my room - that bathroom was only for employees. Ice machines where BROKEN and noise all night long . Will never stay here again

Not much , loved the signs all over the parking lot telling you to NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR , the management is not responsible for break ins and thefts. At the desk the next morning she could not generate me a copy of my receipt of charge , kept telling she would send me an email and I said no I would prefer a paper receipt before I leave , she said the two printers wouldn’t work , and then when I refused that amazingly started working - Act of God I guess

Clean and close to major stores and restaurants

No ice. They only have one ice maker and it was broken. We were told to buy a bag of ice for our room. Breakfast isn’t really breakfast. More like a granola bar and coffee.

We were only there from 8:30 ish pm until 3:40 am so can’t really say a lot. It was clean, restaurants and stores were close so it worked great for us. We had a very early flight in the morning and needed some place close by.

Great location

This hotel is super clean, convenient to everything, and the staff are very helpful and nice. The rooms come with a medium size refrigerator with freezer and kitchen sink. The beds are very comfortable. Great value and we plan to return anytime we are in the Sanford/Lake Mary area.

They didn't air condition the hallways or elevator, the room AC could not keep up because the hallways were so hot. Would not stay here again, or recommend it. There was also only one iceachine and it was always empty or out of order.

We had a late flight into SFB. This hotel was only a few minutes away and less expensive than others in the area. The staff were pleasant, even just walking down the hall employees smiled and said good morning. Our room was exceptionally clean, which is the most important thing to me. Very happy with our stay.

Location is great. Rooms were ample and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was grab and go. Very clean. Will be back if we're staying in Sanford.
