This property was very nice with a grest view. I was surpised by the amout of room. Yhe neighboorhood is very classy and the beach is fantastic. I will certainty stay at this property again

If you have never been to Cinnamon Beach before it would have been a little confusing on the instructions of finding the unit. I received text instructions for check In and we got lost in the complex trying to find the Unit Number. I had to pull up my email to find it, which was fine, but since I was reading the text instructions it failed to mention what Unit Number clearly on the text so it had us turned around for ten minutes or so. However, upon pulling up the email it was more clear. I was disappointed about the pool info not being listed until after we booked. The pool is beautiful, but the heating wasn’t working and we weren’t told that until after the booking so I would have liked to know that before to help us decide if we still wanted to book there since it is a big draw for us to come to Cinnamon Beach specifically. When we got there, there was no welcome book or really any guide for location of things to do, restaurants, etc. Not many instructions or any personal type of welcome for our stay. I didn’t love that aspect of it and if I were to stay again it would be nice to feel like I was an expected and welcomed guest. There was only a little singular pamphlet of Wi-Fi. Nothing personal as a guest. Just to note for other guests, it’s not stocked with anything extra. That is not a big deal, but other places I have stayed might have spices, or other kitchen items. So just so others are aware when booking to bring extra items if you plan to cook. The condo itself was a lot larger than I expected. It would be a wonderful size to invite more family members and not feel crowded. The view was spectacular! The pictures didn’t do the view justice. We were so surprised at how much of the beach we could see and were so happy with having such a beautiful deck to enjoy. The booking manager to work with was really great! There really wasn’t many issues other than the beginning of getting turned around by the Unit Listing (which was partly on me for checking only the text instructions and not the email) but when I did need help it was very fast response time and I felt confident if I needed anything that I could get ahold of someone quickly. Because how great the booking team was, I would book with them again. Overall, I would stay again! This is just my review as a first time visitor.

The towels smelled really fresh and clean. Loved that! The condo was clean and very comfortable for the 6 of us. Plenty of room. Although we were in FL for a sad occasion, we appreciated the no hassle communication w/ mgt company & ease of reservations.

This property was exactly as described, clean, and stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The view was impressive, and you could easily hear the waves rolling in.

The condo is big and clean with a beautiful view. The furnishing is below average and the lighting is horrible. In addition, we often ran out of hot water. Cinnamon Beach is the perfect family vacation, but this unit needs some updating.

My family and I enjoyed this condo. Lots of room, gorgeous view, quiet, very well stocked kitchen, well maintained and clean! The community is also very nice and safe. My family loved the community pool and children’s splash pad and pool. The Vacasa staff was responsive when needed. The only thing that I would add to the listing was the couch had a sofa bed that was not listed.

This place was great had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again great views of the golf course in Ocean.

We enjoyed the spacious condo. The furniture, especially couch is outdated and makes a lot of noise when you sit on it. We asked Vacasa if hot tub was heated and they said yes but it is wasn't. No little supplies for kitchen like foil but it was well stocked otherwise. Overall, it was nice.
