My stay was good, room was very clean. The whole surroundings was clean. Staff was very friendly and very welcoming.

The bed for handicap accessibility, I didn't feel was safe. It kept slipping while transferring from wheelchair to bed and vise a versa.

Slept comfortably and peacefully. In the morning when I was checking out, around 8:30am, the desk attendant was on a land line and out the phone down immediately when she saw me and asked me which room I was in as I put my key in the box. The person was welcoming and I was greeted with a kind smile.

When I was trying to check in, it was around 8pm and the person at the desk was on their cell phone and didn’t look up. I waited for about 4 minutes and then interrupted at which time the attendant asked the person on the phone to hold on. Then I was checked in. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the country and have never had the desk attendant not even look up. The lobby was empty.

Clean room.

The family suite had a bathroom on the king bed side. The toilet and shower didn't drain well. Other than that, it was a nice place.

my room was not completely finished being clean. pillows all over the floor with no pillow cases on them. not even an apology from front receptionist.

Cleanliness of the room, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful.

Paying 255. for a good night's sleep.
