I felt the rooms were so clean and the bright white comforters on the bed, mattress comfortable and so were the pillows. Breakfast was good, It showed an 8.0 rating, and I had seen hotels at a lot higher prices not have that high of ratings. Was happy with my last minute choice on bookings.com

The $100 dollar that they charge you for up to 10 days for damage that may have happened.

The shower in the room we stayed was broken water would leak through everywhere, and the bed sheets were all torn from the bottom.

This place was amazingly inviting, awesome lighting, modern makeover and can compete or even exceed some pricey hotels. The location was so close to amenities, just a walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was awesome too. There was sufficient parking. Hotel has elevators and luggage trolleys at the entrance. The rooms were quite inviting, well made beds with good looking beddings. There was good variety for breakfast. The sitting area looks so good and can accommodate quite a number of people. I' m not sure i've slept on a hotel that offered better value for money than this one.

This is a personal opinion but i would have prefered curtains for the windows. On the issue of breakfast, it would ran out from time to time making it necessary to wait. Not sure whether the clients liked it too much? I don't blame them too much for that as i did witnessed in part what was going on.

First, the location is excellent close to stores and restaurants, breakfast is good, staffs are nice, the place is very clean, and the room is clean and cute! I like the place and we will stay there again on our next vacation.

the direct tv was awful. they didn’t accept my bank card and they require a $200 deposit to stay. all of which were not mentioned at time of booking. worst motel bed I have ever slept in.

The staff was phenomenal, I had a great time speaking with Debra at the desk and the restaurant staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast space was modern and clean.

The hotel was experiencing problems with its computer systems and check in was painfully slow. Only one employee was working the computer but a manager kept popping in and out telling the employee how to do one thing and then leaving again. It would have been helpful had the manager just helped check in employees instead of barking out a command and leaving. I felt sorry for the poor fellow attempting to check everybody in. The line was eight deep and everybody had to wait a minimum of 1/2 hour or longer. This was at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the slot machines was a surprise bonus

For my specific handicap need the bars on the toilet were on the wrong side
