Fantastic rural location in delightful old building with a lovely garden stables and paddocks, stables with many horses used for competitions and eventing.

The blanket was not clean and it smelled because it was an old house.

This is an old manor house that has been very nicely renovated. The hosts were very helpful and served a classic French breakfast in the morning. An added bonus on the night we stayed was that the town festival was ending so they had fireworks that were set off in the field immediately behind the house. We had the best view you could hope for! There are horse stables next to the house and in the morning the horses were out running in the paddock for exercise.

Lovely staff, brilliant location with lots of green space for our dog. Comfortable facilities.

No tv in room. All guests seated together for breakfast. It was fine but not what I’d have preferred.

Enjoyed our stay. Dinner & breakfast were good & sharing a big table with various nationalities was fun. The hosts were very friendly & although they spoke very little English we managed to understand each other. Time to learn more French! Gardens very peaceful & there were plenty of tables & chairs to enjoy the peaceful surroundings & a drink. Good private parking.

We chose the Bedroom but there were a lots of stairs climb.

a 140cm(4ft 6”) bed is a little on the small size these days we would have liked a kettle in the room

Clean rooms, quiet location

We booked this place because it was mentioned there is a restaurant. Well... there is none. I read some guests had a lovely meal, but it wasn't a case for us. Good, there was some open takeaway pizza as after 8h drive we were really hungry. The minimum they could have done was to email us with this information so we could have a meal on the way. We had to depart early after 7am, so no breakfast either. Normally, in places like this, owners were kind enough to ask us about our departure time. Overall, we felt like intruders as there were some parties. Ahh and no toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. I would never go back

hosts are very friendly . the dinner in the evening was fantastic and the rooms are unique

as the owners have pets you can smell that in the house.

Family who own the hotel made us feel very welcome, also food was very good.

Only the pillows quite hard.
