We loved the spacious accommodations, the spectacular view, the cleanliness, the clear directions, the beach and kitchen items, the labeled light switches, the iguanas in the trees.

There is nothing to dislike!

The Penthouse had a spectacular sunset ocean view and was exceptionally well maintained. The facility had a like-new and fresh feel. Helpful extras included beach chairs and an umbrella to save on rentals, as well as free insect repellent and reef-safe sunscreen.

Minor hassle - Water is not potable and so you need to stock your own bottled water. This could be more challenging if you are using taxis instead of a rental car. The property provides a 1-gallon starter upon arrival.

- overlooks Cruz Bay. absolutely beautiful view at any time of day or night. - comfortable bed. spacious penthouse. - private parking - very secluded - conveniently close to everything nearby.

- be warned, the roads on St. John are a bit intimidating. nothing against the property at all though. :)

The rolling blackouts which weren’t the property owners fault but was still a problem.

The view was magnificent. The property was very clean, large and incredibly comfortable. Absolutely fantastic.

Standard for the island, but low water pressure in the shower is always a bummer. Literally the only recommendation I will make is that when this is the case, a detachable shower head is an absolute necessity. Else, you are forced to take longer showers, resulting in what is likely very little water savings.

Perfect location. Close to Cruz Bay, amazing sunset views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, quiet and room to park a full size car.

Driving up the hills is an experience!
