The location is quirky being above a harbour office on the end of a jetty. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant at the marina very good.

Breakfast left for us in room the night before. Very basic but adequate although not very inspired. Car parking on a very hot and sunny Sunday was a bit hit and miss but we did find a space. Come Monday morning there was lots of space.

Clean and modern bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses. Spacious bathroom and separate loo. Generous pre-prepared breakfasts and a good number of coffee pods. Staff were welcoming and efficient on arrival.

Very warm, but that was due to the hot weather rather than the property. Might be an idea to have fly screens on all bedroom and bathroom windows as the midges were biting when we visited.

Quiet tranquil location overlooking a small marina and lake. Large apartment style room and en suite. Very modern and comfortable and very friendly and helpful host. Lively restaurant/bar and lakeside bathing on the doorstep.

Nothing not to like

Lovely views. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant next door. Ample items left for breakfast which were enough for lunch as well. Very clean.

No soundproofing which means you hear everything from the room above. Not great being kept awake from 1am to 3 am by guests upstairs walking around, talking and dropping things.

The host was very warm and friendly

Car parking area a bit scruffy, but that's a product of being in a working boatyard.

Cute view on a small harbour with lots of ducks. Located outside of the city center (20 minutes walk) and free parking. Free coffee and tea. Breakfast offered enough variety.

Coffee could be made with Nespresso-like capsules, but they did not taste good.

Beautiful sea view, exceptional bathroom, everithing was newish and clean, free parking.

There is no sink in the kitchen area.

breakfast good but with a hungry husband a box of cereal/muesli and some fruit would have been helpful. We had our own very clean fabulous views and very warm. very welcoming staff

the Upstairs visitors walked about as you do and it sounded like a herd of elephants. every little thing they moved or dropped we would hear. Fortunately they did quieten down after 11.00 I don't suppose they realised - no sound insulation If the second room on the floor we were on had been occupied we would have had to share showers and toilets - not ideal.

Breakfast 10/10. Location 11/10. And there is a tee/coffeemaker!

I would like to have slippers in the room, considering there are the bathrobes. And if you are taking a bath, it will use up all the hot water completely.

The room has a great view on the small harbour and during the night it gets very quiet. Breakfast was good and we appreciated the possibility to pack some sandwiches for our trip. The shared bathroom was very clean.

We could watch boats coming in and loading up after a day on the zuiderzee. There was a decent restaurant very close by. Used the washer and dryer. I could’ve used some directions on that though. Shower was very good.

It was a little noisy as it was a beautiful day and everyone had taken their boats out.

Love love this place

We enjoyed the environment calm et the room with all the windows. Taking our breakfast in the room near the window and looking at the scenery was pleasant. A good thing that there was a restaurant in the marina because we arrived on bikes (after a big day of 89km) and we would not have like to bike more to go the the town

A beautiful location and very comfortable stay. Breakfast was more than enough and good quality. A lovely place to stay.
