La casa es preciosa y muy tranquila. Está super céntrica, al lado de todo.

Good location, clean rooms, quiet. The decor is nice and the bed linen and towels were new and clean. The room was cool enough although the 'air conditioning' works through the apartment floor which i've never experienced before but it kept the room cool enough at night after we lowered the temperature. It's ok and keeps the room cool enough but you don't get the cooling effect of blowing air that a conventional air conditioning unit gives.

We weren't given the apartment that we booked, we received a smaller apartment and it wasn't ready on our arrival at 16:30h (we had indicated we would arrive at 15-16h) - we had to kill an hour in the town while it was prepared and we gained access at 18h. A bit of a pain after travelling all day. While the apartment was still nice, didn't like the fact that the bathroom sink and mirror are located in the living room next to the bathroom (which has the shower and toilet). Although we knew the beds were 1 double and 1 single before we arrived, the bedroom with the single bed is plenty large enough to put a double bed in it - the single bed was very small and not great quality. *We were told that we would receive the parking in the price due to receiving a different smaller apartment, although we thought this was included in the price anyway. Didn't want to kick up a fuss so we let it slide.

Clean well appointed and comfortable apartment. Good central location.

Could be noisy outside on a weekend night. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the festival, but might be an issue depending on your plans / itinerary.

location is fantastic, the host supportive and very nice, the building is fabulous with quiet patio, in the middle of old town; there is an easy access to restaurants and coffee shops

there was no salt in the kitchen so I bought 0,5kg for someone coming next :)

Everything! The location is perfect, you are within walking distance of pretty much everything you may want to see or do. The apartment was well equipped and roomy. The property has parking, 10 euros/day which I thought was very reasonable. Alcalá de Henares is a beautiful and lively town and this place is centrally located in the heart of it.

so centrally located in the heart of the old town. Well appointed and so picturesque, clean, bright and just right for a city break. Laura was in touch with us in the day of arrival and was very hospitable when we met!

We loved the place- a converted farmhouse a few hundred years old made modern and so pleasant. Hosts Laura and Johan made sure we had everything we needed.

We live for one week, it's great.

The location was perfect, really close to main street ,yet quiet Grether met us at the front door , even though it was after 9pm when we got there.

These nice apartments in the centre of Alcala de Henares are very good for business and holidays. The property is an old farmhouse which is refurbished to modern standards. The property has private parking, which is useful in the centre of town. For business travelers the internet works very good. The owner is a marvelous host. He responds very fast to questions or issues.
