Location is pretty convenient and quiet. This property is literally fully equipped so you can find everything that you need during staying.

Lovely big home that was well equipped.

The property was so very comfortable. We all felt right at home. Loved the kitchen wish I could have packed it into a box and brought it home. The bedrooms were all a great size. NIght light sectors in the hall a great touch. Loved the computer nook area and the wifi radio thing easy to use and great sound.

There was not enough coffee cups and glasses, one each meant we were washing cups a lot. Small thing i know and that is the only thing i can come up with.

Modern fully equipped home with great views of the mountains in a central location of the South Island. The beds, washing, kitchen and digital facilities were excellent.

Lots of rules! Overbearing and slightly uncomfortable feel from the rules - the opposite of "feeling like home" mantra that many other properties, airbnb, hotels try to stick with Nothing to get you started besides 1 roll of toilet paper, e.g. condiments, detergents

fire place was still up to be lit. however when read manual it said not to be used by guests which was disappointing. if not to be used then suggest don’t have it set up ready to go.

Everything looks as good as new. Appliances are top of the line and furnishings are tasteful. So much room for a family.

Spacious & clean. Host is very kind, gave us an extended check out when the road to Christchurch (our next destination) is closed due to bad weather. Highly recommended!

Everything about this home was fantastic. Large, spacious, well designed home for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of board games for kids and room outside for a game with bat & ball. Big Smart TVs in every bedroom & the lounge are available. Well stocked kitchen accessories for cooking & dining in. Bathrooms both have heaters and fans and glorious white towels. House was clean but some of the plates & cutlery were not. Also the main bathroom mirror was smeared with a white film which should have been cleaned off. Nothing we couldn't clean ourselves though. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return sometime in the future.

Ran out of gas for the heating so cold shower. Had to ring management and it was sorted quickly.
