It was a great location, front desk staff very polite and friendly. The condo itself was pretty and well decorated, comfortable beds.

The main trash can didn’t have a trash bag and since we’re responsible for taking out trash that was frustrating. Informed owner who informed property manager and still no trash bag. Gym staff very unfriendly. Rude and just nasty to myself and kids. Doors didn’t lock in any room of condo and sheets smelled musty, towels shedded onto our bodies, not pleasant at all.

We did not eat at the location.

Check in was FAST. But too fast. I said that it was my first time at the location. I was told to enter the 10 digit code at the door. I was not aware that I also received a text that explained that I entered the 10 digit code, turned the knob with the lock and then turn the door knob, The lady at the front desk did not explain but 'any problems, call the 302 number'. Which I called and the lady on the phone was as helpful as could be, but the phone connection was bad (a/k/a - I did not understand). Finally, I heard the lady on the phone and was able to get into the unit. Next was the wifi. The envelope did say to ask via the microphone for the 'what is my wifi', I just was using the Amazon firestick and not the Comcast remote (a.k.a. - I did not understand). But finally, things came to me and I was able to get into the unit and was able to get the wifi. I just think that if the front desk had taken a little bit more time and was clearer to me on what I was to do, the stay would have been a dream. One little point, I did not read (but it might have been in the description and I missed it), my husband has mobility problems. I did not realize that the unit was on the second floor. It would have been nice to know when booking. Thanks, Julie
