O hotel é excelente. Localização, café, acomodações, atendimento.
Tenho dificuldades com a arrumação do quarto. Eles não arrumam se a gente não pedir. Não basta colocar o cartão. Voltamos do almoço e não estava arrumado e ficamos esperando na recepção por mais de uma hora. É o único ponto fora do padrão de excelência do hotel. E na recepção não foram muito receptivos com o problema. Ficaram de ver, mas não acompanharam o problema até a solução.

Breakfast was delicious. The bar and pool area wasn’t packed which was nice. The view on the rooftop was beautiful and it was a great spot to hang out. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Many options to eat in the hotel as well, between the restaurant, bar and rooftop.
It would have been a 10 if I didn’t have issues with the AC. I had called to ask someone to fix it and they mentioned they were on it. But when I woke up it was still not fixed. It ended up fixing itself. I was offered to switch rooms but it was late at night and we had just landed and unpacked.

Café da manha excepcional! Quartos novos e extremamente limpos. Drinks da piscina muito bem feitos. Atendimento do staff muito bom, sempre solícitos.

Struttura bella, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione super.
Al arrivo in camera era bagnato il pavimento, appena abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, ci hanno subito cambiato la camera, ma in bagno c erano prodotti usati ed il pavimento era sporco.

10 10 10 10!!!! I strictly live out of hotels and Airbnbs. This is by far the best sevice experience I have ever had. I have stayed for weeks in the Beverly Hills Hotel and Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Hotels in Dubai, Paris, NYC, Thailand, Japan, etc. and nothing beats the kindness, helpfulness and welcoming of the staff at this hotel. I met the owner and told him the same.
That they are not global yet - yet))) this needs to be in every city!

Everything - new, clean, excellent restaurant, very nice room, terrific location (unobstructed view of ocean, restaurants within walking distance, safest city of more than 500,000 population in all of Brazil, staff well trained and interested in my satisfaction with the hotel

Very nice and comfortable room, pleasant view. Great kitchen with exceptional restaurant stuff.
Cleaning was not always good. They didn’t renew room supplies and minibar consistently. Once cleaning just forgot to clean the bathroom. And nobody even said sorry for that. This fact leads us to the second problem of this hotel - desc stuff is not very hospitable and nice.

two things honestly I didn’t like first when using the pool we didn’t get towels stayed around one hour and towels never arrived second after checkout and when our taxi arrived there was no one available to help us with the bags so we had to go and bring them to the car, other than that everything was good
