There was nothing to like in this property.
This property is developed for destination weddings only. It’s not for weekend stay or family vacations.
Maintenance of property is also very poor. Dirty washroom, broken glasses in balcony.
It’s worst experience….

The worst experience I had in my life.. The staff at reception were so rude, they literally asked me to leave a day before of my checkout date because they were oversold because of some ONGC event.. We were treated like we are staying for free.. We were asked to cancel our booking just one hour before our check-in time.. No electricity overnight.. Waste of money, a big property which is not at all maintained.. The reception staff has Zero Courtesy.. Never ever stay here.. No amenities in the room.. Place is full of Monkeys…

The website is totally misleading. It is suppose to be yoga and health awareness place but was a total disappointment as there was no yoga or any spa as advertised. The place was very filthy not maintained It was worst than any underrated property as the same was used by guests basically for drinking alcohol and creating nuisance in the pool and outside.more so it was shocking to see that the pool place was given for wedding celebrations as such the decorators came late in the night and were dragging furniture and creating hell a lot of noise and disturbing the guests staying in the cottages. worst is the Manager and the Receptionist who felt that the guests staying in the resort were a burden to them and made you feel unwanted.

Stunning views and luxurious property. We thoroughly relished it. The resort is well maintained and is also promising in hospitality and its services. Gonna surely visit here again with my friends. One of the best resorts in Uttarakhand.

One of the best resorts in India. As described by their management it's 130 acres of land Highly maintained and in tranquility. Everything you ask is served. The management the hospitality the food the services are all well organized. Must visit the place. Best of all.

Since we were not comfortable with the approach of property from Mussorie ,we complained to the staff and so the staff was really cooperative and changed the dates of our stay .
First of all its not in Mussoorie
Its 1 hour drive from Mussoorie towards Dehradun and i would not recommend to take the road from Mussorie in rains.
Front Desk person told us it is 20 minutes way from Mussoorie but took us 4 hours as the road from Mussorie to Punarnava was full of landslides.
Hotel staff was sweet,they immediately send us a car to the landslide spot with 2 drivers for pickup but due to landslides we couldnt even cross on foot.
So the main point is in address here they should not write Mussoorie as it is minimum 50 min way from old Mussoorie road.
Swimming pool was open in Covid times with 10-15 guests enjoying inside but spa services were unavailable which i felt was strange 🤔.
