Our RV is like new and extremely comfortable! It has a private master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED!! Also double bed bunks!! There are endless amenities included when you decide to rent with us. It comes stock with basic utensils, pots, pans and a coffee maker. Safety is always a priority and a fire extinguisher is always present along with a carbon monoxide detector. At night step outside and enjoy a beautiful ambience of the 15' auto roll out awning, outdoor LED lights, and your music choice which you can enjoy through the built in speakers using included bluetooth. Other included items include (but are not limited to): RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies, plates, cups etc. This trailer is perfect for a couple of nights or for a long haul; There are tons of State Parks and RV resorts that you will love to stay. ELECTRONIC BRAKING is required to tow this trailer. The tow vehicle MUST BE EQUIPPED (prior to your pick-up dates) with a 2 5/16 hitch and Round 7-way Round-Pin vehicle end wiring connector and an Electric Brake Controller (commonly found at auto or trailer stores). The travel trailer will not be released to leave without having a break controller installed and properly working in the tow vehicle. The tow vehicle must be properly rated to tow this trailer. Please refer to tow vehicle's MFG. specs. The tow vehicle must have Liability Insurance coverage that extends from the back of the vehicle to the end of the trailer (this info. is verified at time of reservation). The renters name must match the name on the insurance card or be listed as an additional driver. While being towed, the travel trailer may not be occupied by passengers. Propane- The trailer includes 2 - 20lb propane tanks they will be full at the time of rental. One tank is included in the daily rental rate. Should you need to use the second tank a $25 refill fee for the second tank will be charged at return.
