Very comfy, cozy home. Good space for a family. Only 1 block from the beach and easy to get to. Everything needed is provided.

We loved this house!!! It was clean and very nice. It was so bright and sunny. We loved everything about this home. The beach access was so close and an easy walk. The backyard was beautiful, and we enjoyed being out there!! The view of the gulf from the top deck was beautiful!! We would love to stay here again!!!!

Beautiful 2-level home, very nicely decorated with great Beach vibe. Decks on 2nd and 3rd level were fun and great places to hang out and talk. Great hot tub, and a wagon to haul stuff a 3-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters. Bradenton Beach's sugar sand and warm, clear water - for people only - no jetskis or boats, no animals, wide long beach can't be beat!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. Close to the beach with great views from the upper deck. We enjoyed hanging in the hot tub and in the outside living space. We will be back!

Beach access was a short walk or bike ride away. The landscaping of this property is amazing! It was beautiful. The location was so convenient to everything.

We had a great stay at this home. It was perfect for two couples each with a small child. It was very clean. The location is perfect, very short walk to the beach and having the yard area was extremely nice. I have stayed in this area many times and this was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at. I would for sure stay again.

The overall stay was outstanding. The house was beautiful, very well maintained and smelled fresh. The property manager provided constant communication from the reservation process, prior to arriving (we were authorized an early arrival) and the day of departure. Oh, and the access to the beach was perfect for us (three disabled Veterans). We will definitely come back and refer to our family and friends!!

Great location near the beach. Stayed for two days. 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. Everything taken care of and early check in. Only complaint was there was sand in the hot tub when we arrived that was fixed. Would stay again.

This home is beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for my family. We used this home to get ready for our beach wedding/honeymoon! Extremely relaxing to sit on the balcony. I would 10/10 recommend this home for a vacation!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean, well kept and offered just enough subtleties that made it feel like Home even though we were on vacation. The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed (we cooked at home for 2 meals), all the appliances worked as expected (although we did not use the clothes washer) and the kitchen offered enough space that my wife and I could be in there together without tripping over each other. The rooms were great, spacious and provided a nice break for when some private time was needed. The master bedroom upstairs was amazing! The bathroom felt fancy and the shower was awesome and my wife loved having her own balcony right off the room. The balcony was covered and offered some amazing mornings with the nice ocean breeze. You could also go up top to another balcony area that provide a 3rd story view of the surrounding areas. I spent a few morning on the top balcony and let me tell you, it was PRICELESS!!! The hot tub was a nice touch, plenty of outdoor seating and lounging opportunities in the back yard and other "goodies" that you could take and use at the beach! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had an absolute blast and found that the house was located in a wonderful spot. 1 block off the main road, yet, still in the heart of all the action! We were literally 3 minute walk from the ocean! If you needed a sign, this is it. I know you will not be disappointed!

We loved this beach house! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Spacious layout, clean, comfortable accommodations. Our favorite part was the outside area! The landscaping allows for privacy. The fruit tree was a bonus. The owner stopped by with a gift, which was a nice and welcoming surprise.

The home was very clean and roomy. Landscaping was beautiful and acess to the beach was across the street. Very enjoyable stay.

We arrived at this house and they were doing construction on a house next door. What a bummer! The house was beautiful and clean and close to the beach. But the construction started early on Saturday morning and was very destructive. On the second day there started to be a bad smell on the main level. I texted vacasa and heard nothing back. The hot tub was also gross. It was sandy and obviously hadn't been cleaned recently. It also had a smell. We never figured out what the smell was and it never went away. So I'm not sure what to say about this place, except that it looks good on paper but the reality wasn't so perfect.

The house is in a fantastic location to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are well laid out and the parking is big enough for three cars. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and would recommend to others.

The house was nice. My daughter, mom amd grandkids got there 1st and we got there the next day. We reported an AC issue with the upstairs bedroom and did not get a follow up phone call at all. We had to keep reporting it and when we got back to the house on Saturday afternoon, they finally had put in a standing AC to help resolve the issue, which was our last night. This was very unacceptable since due to the heat, it made it very hard to sleep, still confused why they disnt do the temporary fix the 1st day it was reported and did not follow up.with any calls to us, we kept having to call about the issue.

The house would have been perfect with a few improvements. The kitchen lacked some essentials...only 1 dish towel and only a few forks provided. Thats hard with a house this size. Our AC in the master bedroom went out and it was very hot all day for 2 out of our 3 days. We had to talk to the management many times and still they were not able to provide us with a portable AC unit. Wish they would have compensated us accordingly.

We have been coming to AMI 3-4 times a year for three years now. This is the BEST spot this far. Great location, FANTASTIC home, wonderful backyard with hot tub. It checks ALL the boxes!!! Will be back FOR SURE.

The home is layed out very nice, has a lot of space for a single family, is close to the beach, and on a nice street. We have stayed twice and love it here!

This was our first time renting a house on a home renters site, I was so nervous, but was pleasantly surprised! This house is BEAUTIFUL! It’s so spacious, clean and just comfortable. The beach is close, as well as super close to good restaurants and a Publix. We will definitely stay here again! We had our daughter’s 18th birthday party here…our daughter and 7 of her closest friends. They all had plenty of room and places to sleep. Her dad and I used the upstairs suite, and the king bed fit us perfectly. The roof top deck was great for sunsets. The hot tub was a huge hit too, and the hammock! We just love this place!

Well appointed and stocked. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and all the basics you need. Just around the corner from the beach.

We loved the beautiful home ! Very nice and clean . Enjoyed the comforts of home and it was quite and relaxing. We went to three different beaches that were beautiful. Ate at great restaurants. Hope to go back !
