Quartos amplos, limpos e organizados.
Precisei ligar para a recepção para que arrumassem meu quarto, mesmo com a plaquinha de que o quarto estava livre para a limpeza

Praticamente tudo, em especial a cordialidade dos funcionários, tanto na recepção como serviço de quarto e atendimento em áreas comuns.
Limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bem servido e com muitas opções.
Único ponto negativo que observamos (minha esposa, na verdade) foi o secador da cabelo. Segundo ela, “fraco”.

Gostei de tudo! O hotel é lindo, tudo novo! Localização excelente! Os funcionários extremamente gentis e atenciosos. O restaurante é maravilhoso!

Atendimento na Praia, no Café e hospitalidade de toda equipe de funcionários.
Faltou uma melhor comunicação nos benefícios que tínhamos direito, por exemplo: estava escrito que os chinelos e chapéu com o nome do hotel eram cortesia, mas não fomos informados que tipo de cortesia era, então não pegamos. Pelo WhatsApp fui indagado quais era as numeração de chinelos, respondi tudo certinho, contudo, nenhum dos chinelos estava com a numeração correta.

Hotel maravilhoso, instalações novas, quartos amplos e muito limpos. Café da manhã perfeito, atendimento do restaurante, piscina e praia são ótimos!!! O atendimento da equipe da recepção também, todos muito prestativos, educados e solícitos um destaque maior aos mensageiros. Voltarei sempre que estiver por João Pessoa e faço questão de indicar aos amigos.

I’m requesting a simple invoice . And they are not able to provide it. They don’t even reply my request . It shouldn’t be so complex . It should be very easy . It’s incredible how they are not listening to my request .

The hotel's location on the beach was convenient. Having two pools there gave us options when relaxing outside. There was a great variety of foods offered at breakfast. We took advantage of the large buffet and the special orders that were prepared in addition to the buffet. The hotel staff - from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant staff to the poolside staff - were all extremely friendly. They did their best to understand us (we don't speak Portuguese) and using our translator app we were able to communicate with them. Also, we felt very safe at the hotel and in the surrounding area.
The hot tub and spa were not working while we were there. We would've liked to have used them.
A very minor issue was that although the web site shows a hot water pot with hot drink and condiments in the room, the only thing offered was tea. There was no coffee offered, even instant coffee. It would have been nice to have it in the room. So, I just went downstairs to the restaurant to get our coffee to get each day started.

The rooms were very comfortable. Air Conditioning was working perfectly, water pressure, cleanliness, as even assisting me as a guest.
Exterior area was perfect environment. Clean swimming pool, excellent layout configuration, I would recommend a better explanation/presentation to the guests on the facilities.
Perfect rooftop to spend a excellent sunset and night with some dj or band entertainment.
The beach was clean but the water is not transparent, but it is hot as perfect! I felt safe in entire João Pessoa stay.
The food in the restaurant could be better. The rate is expensive considering the place and quality of food.
Starting in the breakfast and in the dining.
However the entire experience was really great.
