Very good Tea/Coffee facilities, shower was great, the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet at night which helped in getting a good sleep. It was also great having a table and chairs outside to sit in the sun whilst having a drink. The town centre was only a 5 minute walk away. Very good stay.

Would have been nice to have fresh milk in the fridge rather than long life milk.

Location was perfect for exploring totnes, the area was quiet and close and the host was ready to answer any questions we had by phone, superb stay.

great location, the room is perfect for a solo/couple short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, exceptionally clean and right a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay to visit family/friends. Very clean and you felt welcome as soon as you entered the cosy annexe . Parking outside the front door and a 5 minute walk into Totnes. We took our I pad so we didn’t miss a tv at all -in fact it was refreshing. Comfy bed and heating if you needed it. Good little outside space for a coffee/glass of wine -which was included in the little welcome pack -Thanks to Natasha the host .

It was a lovely bright clean room with a comfy bed and a good little private patio with table and chairs. Use of mini oven, microwave and fridge was good for breakfast and sandwiches for exploring. Lovely area very peaceful. Very private annex. Thank you Natasha!

Just a small thing really. The sugar sachets were a bit hard.

Very clean comfy, cosy and compact

The property exceeded our expectations. The property has been recently built/refurbished and was modern in style. It was very clean and we felt safe during our stay. The hosts were excellent and offered privacy. Highly recommended and we will certainly return in the future.

Compact and perfectly planned space; even had a sweet outside decked part. Really thoughtful tea/coffee and a little unexpected gift ..above and beyond even with a little flower and toiletries. Only 5 minute walk from Totnes centre, easy to find and parking on the drive. Would definitely book again and recommend.

How cosy the annexe was. How clean including the fresh bed linen and towels. A friendly welcome from Natasha including a bottle of wine. Off-road parking. The location being within walking distance to the town centre but set in a quiet area. The outdoor seating area that felt very private with no one overlooking us. A very restful place to stay.

There wasn't anything to dislike. The only thing new visitors to be aware of is that there is no TV, so nice not to have one for a while, or a cooker. There's a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine which was more than enough for us to make breakfast and snacks.

Great location, Cosy, but had everything you need. Off street parking an added bonus. lovely little garden area to chill in Met the owner on leaving, she was lovely.

Nothing major but maybe a full length mirror would be the cherry on the cake…….

Wonderful place to stay. Natasha was great and the bottle of wine was a very pleasant and welcoming surprise. Would recommend and stay again
