Overall, very nice property with great views of Lake Eire.

Our group arrived to find the entry code wasn’t working. After nearly a four hour drive (with a toddler and infant) we were disappointed to have to wait to use the restroom, unpack and freshen up. When we entered we noticed the floors were filthy, not swept or mopped. Since we were travelling with young kids we needed to mop and Clorox high touch areas asap. The surfaces were BLACK! All Clorox wipes were filthy just after a single pass over a surface. There were no curtains on the main level (privacy breach) and NO curtains on the main level bathroom!! The bathroom and bedroom doors didn’t have locks. Once we continued our walk through we found BLOOD and URINE on nearly every pillow! Disgusting! There was a thick layer of dust under the beds and garbage on the floors. I messaged the property manager to inform them that the property wasn’t cleaned at all. Not once did they offer to send someone afterwards to ensure everything was cleaned or to wash the linens. They didn’t inquire what was dirty or left unclean. Their response was ‘I wish you let us know sooner’. As if we could have waited even longer to use the facilities. There was broken glass scattered along the beach that we had to pick up in order to even walk out to the water. Patio furniture and sofa cushions were covered in crusty white and brown stains. There was a drawer filled with knives not even three feet off the ground. Kid friendly? YA RIGHT! DON’T waste your time and money on this dilapidated waste land.

The property was beautiful. Management was very attentive to a storm that occurred during our stay. Our only regret was we didn’t book our stay longer.

What a beautiful and comfortable property. We had 2 families with kids share the space and it could not have been more perfect. Ample space to have children play in their own space while adults chatted and relaxed in their own space. The screened in porch was heavenly! We will definitely be back!

Very nice place to relax and enjoy Lake Erie. Clean and very well equipped house, perfectly located on the beach, a great place to unwind. We had a very pleasant stay. ☺️

Great for a family weekend gathering. Water access wonderful for young children. Home well stocked for a large group. If you need any last minute items, shopping is close. Bit of cottage close to the city.
