Great location, nice clean and spacious, great little community around there.

Some of the decor seemed dated. Needs a little bit of maintenance e.g sink in ensuite doesn’t drain properly, was tempted to pour some draino into it myself but didn’t want to jeopardise getting my $200 deposit back from the holiday rental people

The beds were so comfy and the apartment had so may games for us to play. Very spacious and clean on arrival. View was amazing

We enjoyed every part of our stay except collecting the keys was a bit of a hassle. Very minimal parking spaces where we had to collect them and a little hard to find. The blankets also didn’t smell like they had been freshly washed but still comfy

Distance to get the keys and then return ... staying a week would be ok but not for overnight.

For a little over $250 per night, there should be linen, air-conditioning and wifi. The fans don't seem to go any faster and the unit was stuffy, even at the height.Even at a back unit there was a lot of road noise and as you are above the garage door, you hear people coming and going. The spa in the complex doesn't work

Excellent location and well stocked apartment. Would recommend to anyone looking for both a short and long term stay.

Like previous reviewer, received several unnecessary phone calls from the host about payment between themselves and booking com, including requesting payment direct from myself after I had already paid booking com. Recommend the office to gain a better understanding of their relationship with 3rd party websites so this communication (and confusion) can be avoided. Only gripe with the apartment is the cleanliness in the bedrooms. Significant dust and old lolly wrappers around kids bunk beds, looks to be uncleaned in some time.

Location was fantastic. Close to the beach. Fantastic view from the balcony. Basic amenities were great. Modern bathrooms and toilet. Plenty of space in the unit.

Place was not clean. Dust on light switches, dining chairs filled with crumb, one of the freezer draws too frozen we couldn't even open it and other had coloured ice build up. Dust kind of algae looking on bed top of beachhead, blinds and windows. Toilet paper only in 1 toilet and no spare. Other toilet had no toilet paper at all. No hair dryer. Dishes were clean however microwave had melted something in it so we didn't even use it. No WiFi. Spa didn't work in the pool. Kept receiving calls from the management due to the issue with booking.com paying them which had nothing to do with us as we paid via booking.com website.
