There was no breakfast provided by host so that question cannot be answered. Facilities were fairly good.

As feedback the place could have had additional toilet/ bath for 8 guests. There could have been a welcome hamper that shows the hosts welcoming gesture.

Beautiful property and location, peaceful. Fire pit was amazing, fantastic large deck. Plenty of hot water. The amazing wildlife Firewood handy

Terribly uncomfortable lounge furniture. The sofa is so wide (probably a 'divan') that one cannot lean back without doing so in a semi-reclining position which then causes the cushions to slip off. The 2 single 'cane' chairs were also horribly uncomfortable - too high (feet barely reached the floor) and cushions kept slipping off so we were tipped out of them. So uncomfortable that we eventually just went to bed. Bit of a downer. I understand that carpets are hard work but soft floor coverings would make it cosy. No round glass casserole-type dishes for microwave use.

It was in a secluded location however still close to the main town centre. The house was compact but had facilities enough to be comfortable for 4 people. The beds were comfortable and the deck outside was lovely.

If you had 4 couples the lounge would not be adequate and neither would the bathroom with the toilet in the same room.

Strange spot for hot water button at front door - we thought it was a light switch so turned it off at night only to wake up to no hot water in the morning. Our error but maybe a note beside the switch would be helpful.
