Where to start? We had a group of 13 people and there was not a moment that we felt even slightly crowded. The house is so spacious with huge rooms and wide hallways and super tall ceilings. The view of the sound out of the back of the house is breathtaking! We loved having a table that was able to seat all of us to eat and the kitchen is amazing! Better stocked than most regular homes with pans, bowls dishes, glasses, silverware, baking dishes, cutting boards enough to host very large crowds. We loved that on both floors the bedroom wings are separated by french doors so that people can be up and about in the kitchen/great room or in the game room on the first floor while others are sleeping with no problem. The game room on the first floor was a blast! We used it constantly and we also loved the family room down there which gave a second tv watching/hangout area. The hot tub on the deck is amazing! Overlooking the sound and it fits 7 people. Very clean and in great shape! We used it several times per day! We also used the kayaks that were there in the sound and that was so much fun. The neighborhood is great - so quiet and such friendly and helpful neighbors. Very close to anything we needed as far as stores, beaches, etc. Beds are very comfortable. Also loved that there are washer/dryers on both floors. Just a fantastic vacation home overall. Highly recommend!!

This home was fantastic! Beautiful location right on the sound with huge windows and several large porches to enjoy the water. The kitchen was amazing, large and well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Game room was super fun for our whole family. The living and dining rooms were large, comfortable and airy. We loved every minute of our vacation in Frisco.

Wonderful home with tons of views

We fell in love with Sunshine the moment we arrived. It is such a huge house with all the amenities. Loved the shower room, shuffle board table, movie room, kitchen, kayaks, and hot tub. The sunsets over the sound were the best. Kayaking was beautiful. Every morning I would go out on the deck and swing on the porch swing and watch the birds and boats on the sound. I would recommend this house for sure, one of the best.

Large home, room layout is great for multiple families. The best sound view I've had in many years of coming to OBX. Well stocked with things to do and use of the water toys is something not all rentals have. We had a great week even though it rained quite a bit.

The good - gent of room on the first floor. Had a blast playing ping pong and pool with my friends. Had plenty of bedrooms and baths. The view was amazing. The kayak and paddle boards were cool too take out on the sound. The bad - It's near a community so if your looking to go down there with some friends and have a good time then make sure your quite at night or you'll get a note left on your vehicle with duct tape on your paint job. Most of the sliding doors were hard to open and close. Bring WD-40 with you and spray the top and bottom where the door slides on. The water in the hot tub was nasty and the cover was broken. It actually hit my friend in the head during a bad storm the first night. The top floor was hot due to the sun beating down on it through the windows. Kitchen appliances needs fixing (parts of the stove didn't work and the utensils sucked) and some of the rooms had TVs smaller than my computer monitor. The shower curtain in my room was dirty and dingy and needed to be replaced.

Very comfortable home. Return vents need cleaning and some type of shade or blinds are needed for the afternoon SUN. Really effects the coolness of the upstairs in the afternoon and puts a strain on the air conditioning system.

We loved being right on the Sound..so quiet, beautiful sunsets and plenty of marine life to see from our balcony. Great neighborhood, easy access to other beaches, fresh seafood. Great place for a family gathering.

The house was beautiful with an incredible view. Service from Vacasa was non existent. Has had some maintenance issues that were not addressed. We rented a house with a hot tub and got to use it once before it broke. No one ever came to fix it.
