We love Beach Glass! Second year and we reserve the same time for next year! We love everything about this beautiful place. We do get our steps each day!

Our first visit to the outer banks and we loved it! We couldn’t have selected a more perfect place to stay! Beach Glass provided our best beach view ever. The condo was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable, and the well stocked kitchen had beautiful new cabinets and countertops. The beach was just a few steps away. The morning sunrises became our natural alarm clock as we automatically woke up each day to watch this amazing daily occurrence! The deck is larger than anticipated, especially for a condo, and has seating for 5. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with this property. We are already checking the calendar to plan our return visit!

This Home was beautiful had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We had the most relaxing vacation I think we have ever had. The only reason for giving a 4 and not a 5 is the stairs it is a trek to get up and down but worth it once your in.

This residence is perfect. The location is amazing in the heart of Avon. Everything is walkable. This unit is ocean front. The unit is spotless and very well outfitted for cooks, vacationers, relaxers or anything you would want to do. Beautiful.

Perfectly located in the Outer Banks. Beautiful appointed condo retreat didn't disappoint! Had everything one would need in a home away from home. Not sure what the biggest draw would be for anyone else, but breakfast on the deck, watching the dolphins play was such a pleasure. The ease of walking to the shoreline was another tremendous advantage, as we fished just about everyday. Convenient to local attractions, but loved that the condo wasn't in the hustle and bustle of a town. It was the perfect get away after a very cold New England winter. We are already planning to visit again!

We love Beach Glass Condo.
We had our coffee and bagels every morning on the deck. We watched the sunrise and the moon rise every day and night.
It was hard to leave but we will be back around the same time next year. We didn’t realize there was no elevator so we definitely got our steps in! See you next fall!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks every year for over 30 years. We started with a large intergenerational family group, but our numbers have gradually dwindled. My daughters have grown up with vacations on the beach. We loved this ocean front condo for us and our adult daughter. Nice balcony with beautiful views. Comfortable furniture. Wonderful beach. Watched the meteor shower and saw the brightest shooting star I've ever seen. Unfortunately prices for next year have skyrocketed so we are probably priced out of returning. Makes me sad to watch a treasured tradition die.

Our family really enjoyed the location of this beautiful condo. The view from the balcony is priceless. Beautiful location for sunrises and a view of Avon Pier. We were across the street from great restaurants, paint your own pottery, and Koru Village Beach Club. We also took advantage of both of the pools available to us. Our only complaint is the bed! It was way too soft for our liking. Every time my partner moved, the mattress made noises and it was hard to sleep. We opened the door to the balcony from our bedroom so the ocean waves would lull us to sleep.

The view was outstanding from every spot in this condo.

This is a spectacular unit. Very clean. Comfortable. Location is perfect and centrally located. The views are breathtaking! Perfect sized for a small family or couple.

This condo is perfectly situated steps from the beach. The deck was a wonderful spot to sit, eat, read, and just watch the water. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

We rented Beach Glass for a spring break stay this past March. The unit has been recently updated with marble counters, stainless steel appliances, new flooring, and other touches. All the appliances worked great and we didn't have any issues while there. It also definitely didn't have that musty beach house smell! Views of the ocean from the deck, master bedroom, and living room space were incredible. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable beach escape.

Beach Glass has the most amazing views from windows, sliding glass doors, and the balcony. It feels like you are actually in the ocean. The condo is especially clean and well equipped with kitchen and electronic items.

Yes we had a good vacation for the most part. Yes the location is pretty good. However, if you are interested in renting this property, call Hatteras Realty directly and save yourself some money. My first mistake. If you choose to rent through VRBO, mail a check for payment because the credit card fees are ridiculous. My second mistake. I prefer renting through VRBO because I find the places involving the real estate companies are not quite as clean. My third mistake. I had to clean after we checked in which is very annoying since you pay a cleaning fee. Lastly there were cockroaches. The nice pest control guy couldn’t believe there weren’t traps in this place after his finished spraying it toward the end of our stay. Yes I know it’s down south and these bugs are common. But I don’t want to see them, hear them or know they’re there. The place does have a nice deck but you can see and hear everyone else on their decks or see in their windows because of how they’re situated. Every move the people made in the place above us could be heard. They sounded like elephants up there but it turned out they were just teenage girls. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The condo was updated and nicely done but overall the cost was too high for everything we experienced. I’ve stayed at nicer places for less through VRBO, true rentals dealing with their owners which are clean and well maintained. I will pay attention to the details going forward.

The home was beautiful and just as advertised! Steps away from the beach, deck and windows face the beach so the scenery was awesome! It was a perfect, relaxing week for my wife and I. Check in and checkout with Hatteras Realty could not have been easier. Thank you!

Beautiful condo right on the beach (across the dune). It is a very clean and airy condo. It is also fully stocked with everything that you may need.

This condo was perfect... perfect size for our family of 4... perfect location - close to everything... perfect view of the waves and sun! It was very clean and decorated so cute! We would definitely go back!
