Nice and cozy.it was very clean.

The only thing I didn't like was the mosquitos. They was trying to kill us..lol

Convenient location at the beaches. Wonderful yard and atmosphere. Plenty of storage space.

The apartment was great no complaints was so thrilled to be with my family daughter son in law grandchildren they had a place off of horns st so I was only a mile from them. Just watching my grandson go into the national guards as a 2 second lieutenant ceremony was at Mayport navy it was just a beautiful ceremony then after we just spent time with them and then when it was time to go to bed we went back to our cozy little apartment that you provided it was beautiful and just what we needed set this also in the sheriff's Academy with JSO I'm so excited and scared too but we've got a place I could come to thank you so much and I hated leaving thank you so much

This home was perfectly stocked - from the laundry to the kitchen to the doggie door and the ironing board, it had everything you could need. The back fenced yard was a concentrated spot of nature and privacy for both humans and dogs. The owner is helpful and kind. Great neighborhood we walked through to get to the beach. Perfect location for a well-behaved dog - When in JAX, we will be here!

We loved it all. I will say that the bed is extremely firm - just meant as caution if this matters to you, it may be difficult to sleep. This could easily be addressed with a thin topper. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - and wanted to stay longer! I didn’t see from the outset that there was an additional charge for the dog, but it was worth it.

Great use of space. Very homey feeling. The outside area was the best. Great relaxing area with an outside TV.

I liked everything. Beautifully and relaxing coastal decor. Lovely, super clean, all neccesary amenities available. I didn't want to leave the place. Highly recommend.

Just the privacy we needed. Roku TV¡! Loved the TV in backyard and close access to the beach!
