Location was good. Room was big and decent and clean.
Though during booking it was written breakfast was included in the stay. Property refused straight away. Room has no basic toiletries. These days every decent hotel gives a electric kettle and tea and coffee pouches. However this room didn't have any. On enquiring the manager told me that that not every room is provided with these facilities. Although they provided me the hot water later. Staff was ok but not warm. The property advertised as resort, but basically a banquet property. Their whole attention was wedding event.

The checkin was smooth and the receptionist was humble. The hotel was good. No extra charge was levied. The room was awesome. Clean and nice bathroom with hot water.
The hallway was filled with smoke all over. The location is a little bit deserted. No food is allowed from out. The prices in the restaurant were too high

I have stayed this place many times before, once used to be a super cozy place, but it's such a shame to see this place significantly degrade than before. Terrible management, terrible service, now I don't recommend this place to anyone anymore! Seriously guys you have a lot to work on this!

Maintenance and Cleanliness was too good. Food is also good.we can safely park our vehicle. Location isn't prime but definitely a peaceful stay.
Lack of professionalism in staff. Don't know why but they were rude with us from check-in time itself.

I booked collection O77423 from online for 2 night of 2 room. They confirm my booking by online . I have proof email of confirmation. The doom rate were relevent but when we reached in resort . They totally denied to give me room at online rate and they charged 3 time more costlier . Around 3000 per room. When I told them that I will complain for that they were argument with my family member.
