Great location, very comfortable apartment that suited our needs quite nicely. Wonderful communication from the hosts before, during and after. Highly recommend.

The location is great - it’s very close to some nice restaurants, the sea and a parking garage, which the host booked for us in advance. This is a very old town, so if you expect to be able to park your car there - it won’t happen, so having a parking garage that close was very convenient. The apartment is in an old building, so things like the entrance being a narrow and quite steep staircase, windows being low and ceiling being wooden planks might like unusual, but that makes the place authentic, which I personally love. What I liked the most is a very comfortable sofa as well as the amount of charging cables in both bedrooms. I always carry quite a few adapters and cables with me, but here it was unnecessary.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t really like. The place wasn’t sparkling clean and there is some trash trucks making noises very late, but that is the process to pay if you want to stay in such an old town with narrow streets. It applies to any apartment in there, so there is definitely nothing really wrong with this one.

Location and airy feel to property. Excellently equipped and we were very impressed.

Steep steps at property entrance may make it difficult for some. Air conditioning unit in lounge not as good as bedroom units. Dining table needs fixing - loose leg. Overall though these are small observations to assist making property perfect for future guests.

Chouette déco dans un grand appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique Ortigia sans être bruyant pour autant. 2 vraies chambres et un salon. L'appartement est très bien équipé.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Nur sollte man bedenken, dass es bis ca. 24 Uhr noch etwas laut sein könnte. Unterhalb ist ein Lokal. Parkplatz sollte man sich vorher anschauen/organisieren bzw. mieten.

Appartamento molto comodo e funzionale, pulito e ben tenuto. Noi eravamo 4 e lo spazio era perfetto. A disposizione bottiglie d'acqua e cialde caffè. Sui comodini di una delle due stanzei ci sono dock station con 4 prese USB, davvero un'ottima e pratica idea. Bagno ampio, con doccia e lavandino doppio.l'accesso all'appartamento è inizialmente tramite codice (poi una volta entrati sono disponibili anche le chiavi) e questa procedura rende il check-in molto snello e comodo/indipendente. Trovandosi in zona ZTL è possibile arrivare in auto solo per scaricare i bagagli e poi si va a parcheggiare fuori ZTL (noi abbiamo parcheggiato al Talete: nonostante appaia un po' degradato, non abbiamo avuto alcun danno all'auto). Molto funzionale anche la comunicazione via whatsapp con Antonio, che è stato molto preciso e sollecito con ottime indicazioni per diverse cose.
