Un residence con una vista e un panorama mozzafiato. Ogni alloggio si compone di camera da letto, cameretta con 2 o 3 lettini, bagno e zona giorno con una cucina fornitissima di ogni utensile per cucinare. Il proprietario è sempre in struttura e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. L'attenzione per il cliente è stata dimostrata da una bottiglia d'acqua presente in frigo come benvenuto, oltre alla presenza di un ombrellone da portare con sé per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni. La struttura ha un accesso riservato privato che ti porta in spiaggia distante 200 metri, oltre ad essere dotata di una piccola ma carina piscina con ombrelloni e lettini su pavimento piastrellato e prato all'inglese. C'è persino un barbecue per una grigliata all'aperto a bordo piscina. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge nei dintorni come Formicoli, Santa Maria, Grotticelle, Scalea, Spiaggia del Tono, Riaci, oltre che la ben nota Tropea. Consigliatissimo.

Il condizionatore ha dato qualche problema ma il titolare si è subito adoperato per risolverlo.

Very nice apartment with fantastic view of the sea and Stromboli volcano from the terrace/balcony. Clean, cosy, spacy enough. Private parking in closed area. Very pleasant hosts. Beautiful, moderately occupied beach just 5 min down from the apartment. Highly recommended.

There is no reception near by the facility. The view to the sea is wonderfull, but you are looking on building ruins to the other site. There are many cracks in the wall of the apartment and the lighting is very poor. There is a washing machine but a very small drying rack, so we have to bought a bigger one.

The view from the balcony in front of you place is really amazing. The staff is just one person but he's very friendly and will assist with any questions. The beach is nice and great for kids as it has big rocks protecting it from waves and it's shallow. You will need water shoes as it is rocky. Hotel has a patio with a very small pool Jacuzzi like for older kids. Small kids will need a life jacket.

This is more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Hard to know you arrived at the place as there is no sign of any kind on the driveway or gate. You get an apartment but not many supplies. Wish they gave some basic kitchen cleaning supplies. Windows facing the Ocean are the bathroom and kitchen, so don't expect an Ocean view from your bedroom. The place is half finished, there is a whole other building onsite still under construction. No work on it being done when we were there. Beach access through another hotel, TorreMarino by walking down the road 5 min. They charge 15 EU for umbrella and 2 chairs which is ok compared to other places.

Our Bellavista Appartment was well equipped, clean and tidy. A comfortable and convenient retreat after a full day at the beach. Opening the windows in the morning on the stunning sea view with the Stromboli fuming at the horizon will remain unforgettable.

Franco is amazing, very thoughtful and always available to support and provide help. Sea is awesome and very close to home, just 5 minutes walking from the house. House is super well equipped with comforts (AC in all rooms, swimming pools, kitchen, parking lot etc)

Despite the super good view, sea facing, the house is halfway a steep street, just keep it in mind in case you have problem walking.
